Summer vacation with grandchildren

We were pleasantly surprised with our condo and the amount of space we had. Everything was clean and comfortable for out stay. Will definitely do this one again.

Great property and location. Condo very nice. WiFi terrible, can only place phone calls from balcony

I would rent again, beautiful condo. I would find out more about WiFi and cell service. We couldn’t communicate with our friends next door.

Out stay was perfect except for one thing. I could not make phone calls from the room with my Spectrum service. I could make phone calls from the grounds though.

Beautiful condo!

This is a gorgeous condo, beautifully decorated. We did not have any problems during our stay. The only things we would have changed was #1 to have a keypad on the door instead of having to use the cards, so much more convenient and #2 to have an ice maker in the condo instead of a wine cooler. We spent a fortune on ice from the machine in the parking garage throughout the week. Otherwise, it was great!

Not much negative to review

One elevator was inoperable the entire time we were there. I noticed there were less innertubes at the lazy river. I would highly recommend an ice machine rather than a wine cooler. Sofa was broken in one place underneath. Dryer element may be bad. Clothes took a long time to dry. Always enjoy our stay at Phoenix West property!!! Front desk personnel were incredible. We were travelling with a disabled gentleman and they were very accomodating with our needs. Thank you.

Not clean

1504 was not clean! Not only was the floor dirty it was sticky! Same with the outside area. We reported garbage disposal first day, (had a bowl under sink catching water when we realized it didn’t work) maintenance came up, put a broom handle down it and left, we told him as he was leaving it wasn’t fixed! Water poured out from under sink onto kitchen floor. Baseboard dirty - generally very unkept!

Awesome stay at a great resort!!!

This was our first trip as a newly combined family of 8, 2 adults and 6 kids. This condo met our needs wonderfully. I was very tastefully furnished and the view was spectacular. I would definitely come back to Phoenix West every year if possible. It met all our needs for a large combined family, with plenty of space to spread out and not be on top of each other. The view was amazing, the beach and water were as good as Florida without all the expenses. We will be back, thank you for all the good times and memories.
