Located in the beautiful Snowcreek Lodges community, this exceptionally spacious floorplan offers large master suites and living space for all of the family to spread out. Sitting right on the creek, this is a peaceful, quiet community with the Snowreek Golf Course located on the other side. The 2 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom with private 1 car garage, offers a large deck to soak up the Mountain setting. Inside the fully stocked kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances, you can cook like a pro for the whole family and enjoy the open floorplan with dining for 6 and the large breakfast bar with additional seating. Or cozy up in the living room by the wood-burning fireplace, and enjoy some family time or watch the large flatscreen TV. The couch also offers a sleeper sofa pull out for additional sleeping. The master features a King bed, access to the patio and large master en-suite bathroom with soaking tub, walk-in shower and dual vanity. The second bedroom features a Queen bed, TV with en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. There is an additional powder room in the hall way and large mud room entry way. A private laundry room with washer and dryer helps with those extended stays feel like a home away from home. (PLEASE NOTE: THIS COMPLEX IS SCHEDULED FOR A PAINTING AND SIDING PROJECT AT SOME POINT THIS SUMMER. WHILE WE DO NOT HAVE EXACT DATES, THERE MAY BE SOME NOISE OR ACTIVITY DURING YOUR STAY) This unit is all on one level and has no steps to enter. With a single car detached garage (Garage height 6'11") and additional parking in front of that garage available, this provides storage for your gear or equipment or covered parking. The Lodges at Snowcreek is one of the most sought after communities in Mammoth and without a doubt the best place for your dream mountain retreat. The community offers a large outdoor hot tub so you can enjoy a soak after a long day adventuring! The free shuttle red line can be accessed from the main road on Old Mammoth Road, approx. a 3 minute walk away. The Snowcreek Athletic Club is also located just across the main road with access to so many amenities. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This home sleeps a maximum of 6 people, is non-smoking, and not pet friendly. The home has wireless internet throughout and cable TV. It's a good value for 2 couples but over priced for just two people. There also needs to be critter maintenance to address nighttime spousal screaming (mice). Overall the stay was good.

The large tub in the master bedroom was great for soaking. We loved the fireplace, kept us cozy warm. It’s physical location was perfect for us to get to the upper lakes through the back road. All appliances were in working condition and there were plenty of pots/pans as well as serving dishes. Wonderful stay!

The only issue we had was the dryer was older and took a very long time to dry the towels and our clothes. But, I would be come back and use this condo as it is one of the best ones we have stayed at in Snow Creek over the last 5 years. Also, the shovel was broken but did not need it as they have a medal one in the garage.

Mammoth birthday party

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice , clean and fit the needs of our family . The only problem we had was that the washer didn’t work and wasn’t fixed during our stay . This was important because we had 2 toddlers with us . We were disappointed that it was never addressed by the rental company and only after checking out and mentioning it again did they offer a discount ( to be used in the future)???? Not very helpful
