Luxury Lakeview Cabin with Hot Tub and Game Room!

Summary:

Welcome to your mountain escape! This 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath, 4000 sq ft cabin on 3 acres is built with Oak timber frame beams and overlooks Fontana Lake. Perfect for families or groups, it features a hot tub, chef’s kitchen, game room, and spacious living areas. Bring your boat, paddleboard, or canoe to enjoy the community marina. Just 25 minutes to downtown Bryson City, 30 minutes to Harrah’s Casino and Cherokee, and 10 minutes to top WNC trails.



The Space:

Upstairs: Twin-over-twin bunk bedroom with full bath, queen bedroom with full bath, and a cozy lounge area. Both bedrooms have private balconies.



Main Level: Master bedroom with queen bed, master bath featuring tub and tile shower, and an open kitchen/living area. Enjoy the screened-in porch, grill, large outdoor deck, and half bath.



Lower Level: Queen bedroom and king bedroom with Tempur-Pedic mattress sharing a full bath that opens to a wet bar with mini fridge, sink, and granite countertop. Includes game room, living area with TV, and twin-over-twin bunk.



Outside: Firepit with lake and mountain views, seating for 8.



Guest Access:

Guest's will have access to the entire Cabin, except the wine cellar and the Sauna which is not currently functioning.



Other Things to Note:

Please bring your own K-Cups for the coffee maker. Fireplaces are closed from May through October. We highly recommend using a 4WD vehicle for stays between December and April.



CAUTION: The gas stovetop requires manual lighting. To use it, run the gas and immediately use the long-nose lighter to ignite the burner. If it does not light instantly, turn the gas off and wait several minutes for it to clear before trying again.



All garages, sheds, crawlspaces, and maintenance or mechanical areas—both interior and exterior—are strictly off-limits. Please stay away from any areas containing home maintenance equipment or lawn care products.



By booking this reservation, you consent to waiving any liability regarding these restricted areas, including crawlspaces, the area under the deck, and outdoor mechanical equipment like the HVAC system.



If you need access to any of these areas, please message us first to make arrangements.



Groups exceeding 10 guests will be charged an extra guest fee of $50 per person, per night.



Seasonal Note:

Because the cabin is in a natural, wooded area, you may occasionally see insects. In the winter, ladybugs are especially common around windows and warm areas. They are harmless, but a few may find their way inside despite regular cleaning. Thank you for your understanding!

Thanksgiving holiday

The view was absolutely stunning, the cabin was just as beautiful. Loved the trails nearby. We enjoyed all the amenities they offered. We will definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the Lake View Property in Bryson City was absolutely wonderful! The home was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing.The location was ideal –for easy access to the GSMRR, but also provided a peaceful retreat.Communication with the host, Alex, was fast and friendly from start to finish. He made the entire process seamless and was incredibly helpful The attention to detail really made the difference—from the comfortable beds to the well-stocked kitchen and clear check-in instructions. My family felt right at home and truly had a five-star experience.I would not hesitate to book this property again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation rental!

Mountain Cabin

"We had such a wonderful experience staying at this charming home nestled in the mountains. The gated community offers breathtaking views, and the hiking trails right in the backyard are a fantastic bonus for nature lovers. Christmas Cabin

The family really enjoyed our stay. The views were great and the nature trail next to the property was a hit. Morning and Afternoon walks was shared with each other. The host was wonderful and kept in touch throughout our stay, which was welcomed. He was available and accommodating. The family has named our VRBO experience, "The 2023 Christmas Cabin Vacation."

It was a wonderful time and beautiful home. Unfortunately, there was no access to the washer and dryer. Needing it since we used the hot tub with 10 adults. But definitely would go back for a weekend✌

Awsome Home

This is a well-built large cabin that is nicely appointed. We had a great stay - the kids loved roaming the woods all the way down to the water's edge. We came in after dark and the drive in was a bit of a challenge - it is a VERY winding and narrow road. Best to arrive in daylight. We had two issues that the owner responded to quickly.

Peaceful mountain escape

What a special place this cabin was. We have stayed in many cabins in Bryson City and this one is one of our favorites. Property manager was very accommodating and easy and quick to respond. Very very clean. We would suggest allowing access to laundry room especially for guests staying more than two days. The ride to the cabin is long but it’s a quiet, upscale neighborhood. We would rent again!

Amazing Location; Poor Arrangements

Needs maintenance, inflexible host, poorly equipped kitchen, needed better cleaning. But the location and views are outstanding and it's a great place to quietly gather and spend quality time together. Just not worth the price, and especially with the aspects that could have been managed better.
