Margaret River Bungalow-1 - Craftsmen-built - close to town & walk trails

Margaret River Bungalows, located just 500 metres to the north west of town, is a cluster of 3 craftsmen-built bungalows offering easy access to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. Walk trails and some of WA's best mountain bike trails are within 1 km of Margaret River Bungalows. Also just a 5-10 minute drive to the famous surf breaks and swimming beaches of Prevelly.

Each having 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious open-plan living / dining / kitchen area, laundry and an expansive deck. Guests will have sole occupancy of the bungalow, which is fully equipped for a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children.

The living area has air-conditioning, ceiling fan and a wood fire (firewood supplied except for Total Fire Ban season). Bedrooms each have a ceiling fan and electric blankets (except for bunks) and there’s underfloor heating in the bathrooms.

Bathroom for Bedroom 2, 3 and 4 to share.

The kitchen is fully-equipped for up to 8 persons, with gas hotplate, oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer, crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans.

Linen and towels are provided and laundered. We also have a washing machine and dryer (with detergent) in the laundry should the need arise. Other amenities include dishwashing liquid, sponges and tea towels, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, tea and coffee, sugar, plastic wrap, foil, paper towels and serviettes.

These Bungalows are for family holidays only (as are all of our holiday homes), and are not a venue for functions, party house or to be used for large social gatherings. Holidays Margaret River does not accept bookings from Leavers or associated groups.

Margaret River Bungalows are designed to be a home away from home, a place to get together with family and friends to escape for the weekend or longer.

SPECIAL NOTE - Margaret River Bungalows are in the peaceful Margaret River residential area, it is a condition of our operating license that all vehicles are parked off the street and in the carparks provided. Guests should also RESPECT OUR NEIGHBOURS at all times and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm (no noise on deck area after 9pm) and quiet by midnight. Strictly no parties or outside guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
