The condo is perfict

Beautiful kitchen. Very clean and in good conditions. Just a step to the swimming pool. I would of been nice to have a king bed.

Had a difficult time accessing condo (keypad battery needed to be replaced), peeling and damaged cookware which caused us to eat out the first couple of weeks until we purchased new cookware in order to use the kitchen, very thin and stained washcloths/towels and lastly, the clubhouse was under renovation and, therefore, no gym, classes, etc.

The batteries in the keypad lock have since been replaced, and we are also in the process of replacing the cookware. Had these concerns been brought to our attention earlier in your stay, we would have been happy to address them promptly. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of these issues until there was approximately three days left in your month-long stay, which limited our ability to resolve them sooner for your convenience. We appreciate your comments and will continue working to ensure the condo remains comfortable and well equipped for future guests.

Stay at Colonial

My son and I enjoyed our stay at the garden home at Colonial. It was nice being right next to the warm pool. My son worked remotely and walked and swam each morning before work. The country club is very nice for meals too, and the preserve path is great for walking. The unit was very nicely upgraded. Having a den with desk was good for my son's work. My only complaint was that the towels, cookware, etc. were not all in good condition. Also it would have been nice to have bars to aid getting in the tub and shower. I trip was responsive when I called about a problem with smoke detectors, and they sent someone to install new ones. Overall we had a very nice time.
