Perfect Beach Holiday in Doubtless Bay

Come enjoy this peaceful, relaxing and spacious 3-bedroom house in the secluded town of Taipa. One minute walk to the estuary and beach, both very safe for swimming and fishing off the rocks.
Easy indoor / outdoor flow, large fully fenced section with flat lawn and plenty of space for parking cars and boats.
The outdoor areas include a large deck for relaxing and dining while enjoying views of the open field and orchards beyond. Enjoy a pizza in the woodfire oven or a delicious meal on the BBQ.
2 mins walk to the shops, café and the local tavern.
This is the ideal time out for you, your family and friends. Great place to enjoy a beach holiday.
The tap water is suitable for drinking from all the taps in the house as the rainwater is processed through double filtration including UV filter.
Wireless internet available through the house. With the TV access to a number of Apps such as Disney, Netflix, Neon, and YouTube, just bring your own account.
Five-minute drive to historic Mangonui Village with "The" Fish and Chip shop, cafes, restaurants and bars. Go to HiHi Beach, Kari Kari Peninsula (Carrington Golf Course and Winery), Matai Bay, Taupo Bay or Whangaroa Harbour, all within 35 minutes traveling time.
Please note this property is surrounded by permanent residents so please be courteous with respect to noise and behavior.

Linen included. Keep the used linen in the bathtub before you leave.

Spacious house and Great location!

We were 3 adults and 3 kids and really enjoyed the house. Kitchen was well stocked and very convenient and the pizza fire stone oven was a great bonus!

Although it is not a beach front property it is still a great location to enjoy local beaches and attractions. We holidayed with family and had a great week. Beaches fantastic. The kids also enjoyed playing at the local sports ground which is accessable via a gate in the fence.

Exploring Northland, Taipa

We had a lovely stay in Taipa. Bach was clean and comfortable, well equipped with everything you could need. Close to the beach and across from Taipa River. Perfect spot for those who love the beach, water and fishing.

Great for young kids

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at the property especially the kids. The kids enjoyed the large lawn and access to the soccer field behind the property. The property itself had pretty much everything we needed. Will consider staying again some time.

Weekend in Taipa

Decided last minute to book for long weekend and found this house in Taipa, requested online, was answered straight away, completed booking, all went perfectly smoothly. House had everything we needed, nice and spacious, very clean. Taipa is very close to all other popular beaches that we wanted to visit as well.

Cute bach

Loved our stay nothing to complain about just things to keep in mind for children under 5. Once again not complaining. Place is clean and more suited personally for older children only in reguards to the balcony theres a few rotten areas (steps) and nails slightly exposed. Not safe for toddlers that might fall off balcony or trip n get hurt on balcony. Also neibors have a pitbul that was barking a lot at us not a complaint just something to look out for if you plan a quiet get away. It is close to gas station and just by chance for hours it smelt like petrol and it wasnt great and we got headaches. Not bach owners fault but just for future references for others. The neibors were great the bach was great and being close to the beach was awesome. The owners were quick to respond as well. Unfortunately we wont be back because my children are to young and have health issues. But thank you to the owner we otherwise enjoyed ourselves your home is beautiful Ps forgot to mention the end room we didn't use because of the strong doggy smells.
