Welcome to Pelican Pointe 5B, your very own slice of paradise! Waking up oceanfront has always been a dream, now it’s your turn. Sugar white sand, the scent of the ocean breeze, and a private balcony to lounge on is a recipe for the perfect vacation. The 1st and 2nd floor decks provide excellent views of the Gulf of Mexico where you can sit back and watch the dolphins and seagulls in complete privacy. This stunning, beachfront townhome is the perfect home base to explore the beaches of Indian Shores. Inside, you'll come across a full kitchen with all stainless appliances. The open floor plan dining and living areas provide plenty of room for all to rest and relax in comfort. The outdoor storage closet holds many common beach and vacation items such as beach chairs, a cooler, kayaks, and paddleboards for the entire family to enjoy.

After a long day of adventure, retreat to the dreamy main bedroom which provides a king size bed that looks out to your very own private balcony. Attached to the main bedroom is a luxurious spa-like full bathroom. The guest bedroom is outfitted with a king size bed. The beautiful guest bathroom offers an all tile tub shower combo. Please note: There is not an elevator at this property.

We had a great relaxing vacation. The beach was very private feeling not crowded at all. Breathtaking views! Very comfortable beds, having beach accessories available beach chairs, fishing cart, coolers, umbrellas, charcoal grill to use made it stress free when you’re flying in. Kitchen was fully stocked with lots of bowls, dishes & 2 kinds of coffee pots. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway right on the water. Great for couples getaway or a family beach vacation.

We had such a wonderful time here. The house was very clean, comfortable, with a lovely view and access to the beach. It was very quiet since we came off season. It was just the rest we needed. We especially enjoyed the lounge chairs on the deck outside the master bedroom.

Clean and well appointed condo. Had everything in kitchen needed except for wine glasses and a platter. There were 2 wine glasses that didn’t match and lots of martini glasses. The fitted sheet on the bed was too small, kept popping off the corners. The storage unit had a lot of toys, beach chairs, kayaks etc that are not mentioned in the description and they should be added! The beach was beautiful. Great stay.

The house smelled like mold, and the back bedroom window would not open. The maintenance was unable to fix it while we stayed. The landscape outside was not very nice and the carport garage was not clean.

Very enjoyable, great location close to so much ! Only complaint was beach chairs broken and very rusty and air compressor didn’t work but we bought some chairs and left in the storage room enjoyed our family time together would highly recommend staying here. Loves watching the birds
