Jocelyne and Thierry, (painter and ceramist), welcome you to this luxury bungalow of 77m2 including completely new terrace, on their property, planted in a very quiet area with sea views and in the background the island of Saint Lucia . Located 10 minutes by car from the diamond and Sainte Luce beaches
You will be a few steps from a small shopping center, self-service, bakery and pastry shop for supplies (150 m) and 10 minutes by car from the shops, restaurants and markets of the municipalities of Rivière-Salée, Sainte-Luce, Diamant et desTrois Ilets In order to spend a pleasant holiday.

Location bien située. Commerces et plages à proximité. Location bien fournie. Literie très confortable. Espace extérieur très agréable pour manger et se reposer.

Séjour très agréable

Merci à Jocelyne pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Nous avons passé 2semaines très agréable dans ce bungalow très bien équipé et très propre proche des commerces .

Une habitation idéal dans un cadre idyllique

Les propriétaires sont toujours disponible et accueillant maison très propre et bien entretenue idem pour son espace vert à recommander sans aucune hésitation

Une maison au top !

Une maison très bien équipée où rien ne manque, tout est pensé pour des vacances réussies. Glacière pour les pique niques, moustiquaire, natte pour la plage, panier pour les courses, linge... Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir des hôtes très compréhensifs et aidant en cette période de confinement que nous avons vécu chez eux. Le confort de la maison, la terrasse, la vue et surtout la grande gentillesse de Jocelyne nous ont aidé à passer ce moment délicat. Nous reviendrons c'est certain en de meilleures circonstances !!! Alors un GRAND MERCI à Jocelyne pour son accueil, ses attentions (planteur maison, fruits...) et son aide.

Maison très agréable, très pratique et bénéficiant d’une vue magnifique. La terrasse est fabuleuse!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires qui nous avaient réservé de nombreuses attentions qui comptent après un long voyage. Il y avait un dîner typique qui nous attendait dans le réfrigérateur ! Sans oublier le rhum et des fruits locaux. La location est très propre, aménagée avec beaucoup de soin et a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un très agréable séjour. La terrasse vous accueille chaque matin avec sa vue superbe! Nous avons apprécié la glacière pour nous déplacer, pour le linge il y a vraiment tout ce qu’il faut ! Le supermarché et la boulangerie tout proche apporte un côté pratique à la location. En partant vous aurez envie de revenir ! Merci Joyce et Thierry !

Accueil très sympathique de Jocelyne et Thierry

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires et le diner du soir nous attendait ainsi qu’un planteur maison confectionné par Jocelyne. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité des lieux. Le logement est très bien situe proche des grands axes pour visiter l’ile. Séjour de rêve au contact de vrais martiniquais qui nous ont donné envie de revenir. Votre maison est belle avec beaucoup de cachet et on s y sent bien. On a pu s approprier les lieux et y séjourner dans la plus grande quiétude. Le top..... Vous nous avez accueillis avec générosité et disponibilité. Merci et à une prochaine fois …

Zauberhafte Wochen auf Martinique

Wir verbrachten 2 paradiesische schöne Wochen Anfang April im Bungalow von Jocelyne und Thierry. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch in der Küche fehlte es an nichts, so dass kreolische Kochabende zu unserem Ritual geworden sind. Wunderbar genießen lässt sich nicht nur das Essen auf der sehr geräumigen und modernen Holzterrasse mit Blick auf den großen Garten, in dem Hibiskus&Kokospalmen wachsen. Mit Blick aufs entfernte Meer kann man jeden Tag Kolibris an der Honigwasser-Tränke beobachten und exotischem Vogelgezwitscher lauschen; die Gegend ist vollkommen ruhig, wobei man einen großen Supermarkt und eine sehr leckere Boulangerie oben an der Straße hat. Die Gastgeber Jocelyne und Thierry sind sehr sympathisch, kümmern sich stets um das Wohl Ihrer Gäste&haben immer ein paar Geheimtipps für schöne Ausflüge parat. Versorgt wurden wir bereits am 1.Tag mit einem vorbereitetem Abendessen, einer großen exotischen Obstschale&einem Tablett für die erste T-Punch Zubereitung; sogar Baguette und frische Mangomarmelade fürs erste Frühstück stand bereit. Wir haben bereits geplant Ende 2020 wieder zu Jocelyne und Thierry zu kommen!

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de Jocelyne et Thierry, et, leur disponibilité pour nous rendre service. Le logement agréable et très bien équipé est situé à proximité d'un super-marché et d'une boulangerie ouverte dès 5h30, pratique pour les lève tôt. La terrasse très grande bénéficie d'une vue remarquable. Nous avons été charmés par ce lieu et nous y reviendrons.

Superbe voyage de noces

Nous étions en vacances en Martinique pour notre voyage de noces. Notre séjour dans le bungalow ARTIS KAY a été fabuleux. Nous avons été accueillis comme des rois par Jocelyne et Thierry qui nous avaient préparé plein de petites attentions (repas pour le soir, planteur maison, champagne, petits cadeaux...). Nos hôtes ont été au petit soin durant toutes nos vacances pour s'assurer que tout se passait bien. Le logement est très fonctionnel. Il est très bien situé dans l'île et localisé dans un quartier calme (les bruits la nuit ou au petit matin sont ceux des oiseaux). Nous recommandons très vivement cette location pour des vacances en Martinique. Et encore un grand Merci à Jocelyne et Thierry pour avoir rendu notre séjour si agréable.

L'expérience martiniquaise!

Quelle magnifique location, parfait pour un couple. Ma conjointe et moi avons passé une merveilleuse semaine à cette havre de paix, dont son seul défaut est d'être trop près des excellents croissants de la pâtisserie! :-) L’accueil de Jocelyne, Thierry et Luna est exemplaire, nous nous sentons immédiatement à la maison, que dire de la location tout est parfait, bien pensé et surtout complet, jusqu'à la glacière pour les journée à la plage. Le soir c'est le silence pas un bruit autre que la nature environnante. Merci encore à vous pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse martiniquaise nous en gardons de merveilleux souvenirs. "Québécoisement!"

Nous reviendrons

Accueil tout à fait sympathique par Jocelyne et Thierry qui nous avaient même préparé notre souper, l'apéro et le petit déjeuner . Bungalow vraiment tout équipé, joliment décoré avec une terrasse magnifique. Joli jardin avec beaucoup d’intimité, tout en étant à une minute à pied du super marché et de la boulangerie. Situation centrale pour visiter le sud et le centre de l’île
