Amazing views from every outdoor space. The river is beautiful & the neighborhood charming & walkable. The cozy cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved the electric fireplace for ambiance and the hot tub was great after a day of hiking. The host is communicative and respectful. I will definitely be back!

Stephanie was one of the best guests I have ever had. I would definitely invite her back
The cozy cottage was a wonderful little place. I stayed for business and found it was a peaceful place to wind down from a very long day at work. The surroundings were beautiful and I saw a herd of elk driving into town one evening. Verla was an amazing host. I absolutely loved the fresh eggs!

Brea was a wonderful guest. Everything was immaculate when she left. I hope her job brings her here again and she stays in one of my homes.
The house was amazing for our weekend getaway. The host has put a lot of love into the house. It has everything you could possibly need and more. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
We had a wonderful time at the cozy cabin. My wife and I stayed there in June for our anniversary and it was the perfect getaway. The home was cozy and welcoming and communication with the owners was pleasant and speedy. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay.
What a fun and awesome place to stay! All of our needs were met. We did not have to go to the store to buy anything. The hosts even left us wine and chocolate! The house was clean. The beds were quite comfortable. Kitchen was well supplied. Neighborhood was secluded and had nice views out the front. Hot tub was incredible! Really enjoyed our stay! Was exactly what we were looking for for this stay.

You were great vacationers. Loved meeting you and look forward to your next stay.
This guest had a problem with the ceiling fans but they had the control for the living room fans in the bedroom. My husband went up right away and mentioned that the control was missing. My husband disconnected fan to shut it off not knowing where control was. It was found in the bedroom after their stay. It is a control with a fan on it so obviously belonged to living room ceiling fan. They also had 1 day of a cold jacuzzi 1st day and last day no problem. The water gets cold if lid left off as it can't maintain heat especially when nights get down in 20-30s' The jacuzzi was error on their part nothing wrong with jacuzzi. Glad they liked the cabin.
We enjoyed our weekend at the Cozy Cottage. It had everything we needed and relaxing in the hot tub was just what we needed. Close proximity to Payson & Pine/Strawberry. We hiked Tonto Natural Bridge and Pine Trailheqd.

Glad you enjoyed your time. Maybe you will stay longer next time. Come up for the quilt show, rodeo or some other event that you guys enjoy.
We had a great weekend relaxing in this cottage in a remote area of Payson. The jacuzzi was a highlight as well as the lovely outdoor areas for relaxing and enjoying the weather and scenery.

My husband and I were married for over 55 years. He recently passed away and my grandson is with me. We bought and remodeled these homes. We are the proud parents of 2 children and now have added their spouses to our family. Our son and his wife have 2 boys, our daughter and her spouse have 2 girls. We were blessed to find our home in this quiet community. We loved the quiet and solitude here. We were able to build and remodel 5 homes one for us and 4 we are able to share with others. This work was done by my husband and myself. I live down the street from the rentals so I am close by for any needs.
