What a beautiful place to stay! On a quiet, neighborhood street and super convenient to walk to Niagara Falls and restaurants. Henry (host) was super helpful and accommodating. This older home has been updated and remodeled and it was very clean. Lots of space for our family of four people. It was nice to have a washer and dryer since our clothes got wet with some of the activities. I highly recommend Henry's house!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this Vrbo! The house was exceptionally clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and exactly as described in the listing. The outdoor seating area was a great place to relax after a day of exploring.The location was perfect—close to Clifton Hill, and it was very easy to catch the WEGO bus to visit Niagara Falls and other attractions. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and comfortable.The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and we all slept well. Henry was a fantastic host who communicated clearly and provided helpful tips and recommendations that made our trip even better.The home is an older house that has been nicely remodeled. One thing to keep in mind is that if you’re traveling with several electronic devices, you may want to plan accordingly, as older homes can have fewer conveniently located outlets.Overall, this was an excellent place to stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book it again! Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Niagara Falls.

Well positioned older home with a lovely backyard. Amenities were very good. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking items and coffee/water provided. The beds were comfortable, linen and towels clean and soft. There was plenty of living space for us. The walk to attractions was easy taking approximately 12 minutes. The only issue which prevents us giving a perfect score was the undisclosed basement apartment. We rented the house only to discover someone was in the basement. The acoustics were terrible so their entire conversations were audible throughout the kitchen, down bath and into the LR. It was also concerning as this was totally undisclosed prior to renting. I contacted the host, who told us he would ask them to tone down, however that was secondary to finding someone in the basement!
