Great place in great location!

Great play to stay with your family! Close to the park and town, and an easy golf cart ride to the beach!

Great location and tons of space

This is a spacious duplex a block from the park and a quick walk into town and the beach. We especially enjoyed hanging out on the front porch! Owner was responsive to issues. We would definitely choose this location again.

Great Home, Convenient Location!

We had a wonderful stay during our first visit to Cape Charles! The house was perfect for our group. We loved relaxing on the front porch! The house is located across from a lovely park and just a few blocks to restaurants, shopping and the beach. We would highly recommend Chez CoCo!

Such a wonderful stay! Any issues were taken care of immediately. Owners next door were so nice. Loved that the pups could come with us! Had everything we needed. Kids loved the loft upstairs. Would highly recommend!

This was our second time staying here. Loved it just as much as the first! Host is great, House is not fancy but perfect for our crew. Three adults, five pre teens and teens. All kids fit great in the loft with a blow up. Thanks for the wonderful house! We look forward to next time!

Location was just perfect to be able to walk everywhere - beach, cafes & shops and the park (which was especially great with the dog). It was lovely to spend quiet mornings on the porch before a day at the beach. As with many rental homes, there are some quirks to learn on arrival (activating the shower in one of the bathrooms is not so intuitive we had to ask, the freezer's ice maker doesn't work so you have to use regular trays), but they are minor. This was our first visit to Cape Charles and we'd certainly come again!

Awesome Week!

Very close proximity to the beach and shops! House was exactly like the pictures…very roomy. Only complaint was very little towels for us. Mine and my husbands room only had 1 towel for our bathroom. Our friends had 2 towels. We had to use our beach towels for showers.., that was our only complaint.

Great space, plenty of room for all!

This space was perfect for the family and have three floors worked out great! There was enough room for all of us and even our Golden Retriever, The stay was exactly what we needed.
