The condo is beautiful and very spacious. The beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed. Response from manager is very fast if you should need anything.

Lovely trip

We came in November,this place has everything you need to cook a meal if you want to. If you have coffee lovers,you will have plenty of coffee mugs for guest. Same with towels. Plus we never ran out of hot water. That was amazing , in the passed if you were last taking shower you had to wait to get a hot shower. So this was big thing for me. The resort has heated pools and it was amazing to use.All the staff was very nice and friendly. Our trip was so pleasant. Beautiful place we all felt spoiled because place was so lovely.

Amazing Relaxing Vacation!!

This was a last minute booking, but everything went smoothly. Beautiful condo with great location and awesome Gulf of Mexico views! Perfect weather. We couldn't have ask for a better vacation!

Another great stay

This is our second stay at this condo and it was great once again. There were 6 of us, all adults and we had tons of space. Very clean and nicely decorated, in good condition just as pictures show. Last year I mentioned the sliding door to balcony was very hard to open and I was super happy to see that it was fixed. Communication from Maureen was great as well. We did not need anything once there but she did answer any questions we had beforehand quickly. Kitchen is very well stocked. Nice refrigerator and dishwasher. 2 coffeemakers-one keurig that also has carafe for regular coffee (need filters) and the other is your standard coffee maker that has a reusable filter in it. You get 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella with room. You will use the same ones for the days you are here which is great. Balcony had enough seating for the 6 of us. It was also in great condition. We love Panama City Beach and staying at such a nice condo just adds to the enjoyment.

We stay at Long Beach every year and this condo is by far the nicest we have stayed in. Its decorated beautifully and plenty of space for our big family. We will for sure be back!!

Great Condo

Truly enjoyed staying here, very clean and everything accurately described in listing. Beds were comfortable, and communication with Barefoot Rentals was good. Only recommendations I'd have is to have patio sliding door fixed, it took a lot of strength to open and close, and tupperware would be nice to store leftovers as we cooked most meals, other wise kitchen was well stocked. We had one incident where my oldest daughter left her purse behind and Maureen was awesome at handling the situation and getting it shipped back to us. Can't thank her enough for that. Would definetely rent again.

Wonderful condo

We have stayed at Long Beach for the last 5 years and this condo is the best! The decor is very tasteful, it was very clean, the furniture and beds were very comfortable and the view was amazing! We loved that all 3 bathrooms had walk-in showers! The only minor issue we had was the sliding door was hard to open. Overall we loved it so much that we have already booked it for next February 🌞 Thank you for sharing your place!

Best condo in LBR

We have stayed in LBR 5 times and other buildings for several years. This was one of the best if not the best we have ever stayed in. Everything was updated and clean. Plenty of dishes and towels. Property was clean and well maintained.

Beautiful room and location!

The room was beautiful and the view was spectacular! The only issue we had had nothing to do with the room but with whomever cleaned the property prior to us entering. There was sand all over the floors in every single room. Other than that, we LOVED the room and would definitely stay here again!

Great as always

This is probably the best room we have stayed in. Everything was as in the pictures. In good condition and comfortable. Beautiful bathrooms. We have rented from Maureen before and always a great experience. The only thing I would fix is the door leading to the balcony— very hard to open and close - but I’m sure this is an easy fix and in no way took away from our great experience.

Beautiful Condo!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo! It was very clean when we arrived and we had everything we needed for the week, including plenty of space. Long Beach is a great place to stay with family and friends. We really enjoyed having a set of beach chairs. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Beautiful condo with ample space and incredible views!

We absolutely loved this condo! It was just right for our family. We have teenagers so having the extra space and property amenities were very important. The condo is beautifully decorated with everything you need. The property manager was very responsive and the checkin process was absolutely seamless. We would definitely stay again!

Great Property

The property was really nice, it looks just like the pictures right on the beach with great beach views! We really enjoyed our stay everything was nice and clean upon arriving. I would just suggest more toilet paper in each bathroom there was only one roll in each of the three bathrooms, there should be a roll for each day the property is booked, for each bathroom since this property is suppose to sleep 10, same goes for the trash bags and dishwasher tablets only one available for our entire stay, the washer and dryer was really nice but we had to buy our own laundry detergent! Overall I would rate 8.5 out of 10 the couches were worn too!

NICELY DECORATED

The unit is nicely decorated. The third bedroom has it's own thermostat and balcony which a is bonus. It might sound a little nit picky but the water pressure (at least in the shower) is very low. I have thicker hair and had a very hard time rinsing even a little shampoo out of it. I know Long Beach has been around for a while and while the pools are perfectly nice, on certain days they aren't quite big enough to handle the amount of people, and are definitely lacking in chairs; however it is a plus that the pool is open until midnight. I expected the unit to be spotless with the later check-in early check-out time; however there was something splattered on the wall above the dresser in one of the bedrooms and the towels would benefit from some bleach, they were a bit dingy. We had a great view of the sunset.

Beach Bliss!

Condo is excellent. Love the location. Has everything you need. Clean, updated great views. My only complaint was checking in at 5 PM with no chance of it being earlier. Granted we walked in at 5, I felt like for the price we missed a whole day of our vacation. I know Covid played a part in this and you can’t find help, so I’m not saying we wouldn’t stay there again but I think the checkin should be earlier.

Dirty and junky furniture

The condo had sand and dirt all over the floor. The couch and chair in the living room are fabric and not in good shape. The sliding glass door is old, dirty, and very difficult to open. The kitchen table has a pane of glass on it that is supported by rubber discs on both ends. The problem is both ends of the worn-out table are sagging which caused the glass to break. On multiple occasions, the front security gate was left unattended with the gate up which could allow any of the numerous drug addicts in the area to come onto the property. The property manager would not respond to an email or VRBO messages. Steer clear of this property and especially this condo.
