Welcome to this renovated home in New Sudbury that we can't wait to share with you. The location and layout make the property great for everyone, whether you are in need of a place for family or friends.

The location makes it easy to get around as amenities are within close driving distance. We have also stocked the home with essentials like kitchenware, bathroom items, coffee/tea, wifi, cable and more!

The space:
The home has been renovated from top to bottom on the inside to make guest experiences as pleasant as possible.

Kitchen:
Fully stocked with all essential cookware items, drinking glasses, utensils, appliances, kitchen table, chairs, and anything else that may be needed to prepare a home-cooked meal.

Living Room:
Comfy sofa to sit back and relax on, there are also some additional chairs if more seats are needed. Feel free to enjoy the cable tv provided or sign in to your subscription accounts via the Fire Stick TV. Jenga is also included if the group wants to have some fun. There is wifi and a smart thermostat located in this area to keep you connected and comfortable during your stay. The lamps have multiple plugs so that you can keep your devices near you while charging them.

Bedrooms:
The 3 bedrooms upstairs are queen-sized and can comfortably fit two people. The 2 bedrooms downstairs are full-sized and can comfortably fit one person. All bedrooms have pillows, sheets, comforters, and, closet/dresser space.

Bathrooms:
The main bathroom has a bath and a shower head and is equipped with all essential items including towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush holder, and more. There is another bathroom in the basement but it does not have a shower.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the whole home.

Other things to note:
The backyard is not fenced but there is a grass area to enjoy the outside. Please be aware there is a marsh and to be careful if exploring near it.

Great home away from home

We (4 adults, 4 kids ages 4-8) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paul and Paul's place. They are excellent and responsive hosts. The property was very clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the first aid kit was a nice addition. The street the house is on is quiet with little traffic and its location made it easy to access key points around Sudbury (5 min to groceries/pharmacy, 15 min to Science North). We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the house.

3-night stay

Had a 3-night stay with family at this location. Upon arrival, there was a very strong pet odor and cleanliness was not satisfactory. Utensils were still dirty in the drawer, hair and food in the utensil holder, glasses were dirty, spider webs everywhere. We did not have any face cloths, hand towels or extra bath towels. Springs in beds were sticking outwhen sleeping.

Great location, but delayed check-in and major cleanliness issuesThe absolute best part of this property is its location. It was incredibly convenient for visiting family.However, our stay had several significant setbacks. Check-in was delayed; we arrived at 4:30 PM, only to be told the property would not be ready until 5:30 PM or later.Once inside, we noticed multiple cleanliness issues. The bedsheets were stained (2 upper bedrooms), the kitchen range was greasy, and the oven needed cleaning. Both washrooms were completely out of soap and shampoo. Outside, the area around the hot tub was messy, with garbage and cigarette butts left behind.While the location is perfect, the property requires much better management, communication, and housekeeping attention.

Just what we needed

Had to be in Sudbury for a celebration of life. House was perfect for 2 families (5 adults + 3 kids). Parking for 3 cars. Kitchen was well stocked. Sharp cooking knives! Beds were comfortable. Hosts very responsive to any questions. Would stay again.
