Entrance/Great Room
Get your first taste of this 7,200-square-foot mansion in the elegant and welcoming grand foyer. Then, relax and reconnect with your guests in the inviting, Contemporary-style great room with its big-screen TV and glamorous furnishings.

Kitchen & Dining
The airy and beautiful open-plan kitchen has everything at the ready to cook up a feast: high-end cookware and appliances, generous counter space, and a roomy, double-door refrigerator. Socialize at the kitchen island with stools, or gather around the banquet-like dining table that seats 16.

Karaoke Room
One of this home's most unique features, the custom karaoke room is designed to inspire you and your guests to belt out your favorite tunes together. With its cool stage setup, lounge-style furnishings, jukebox, and disco ball overhead, this garage-turned-performance space will have you feeling (and singing) like superstars.

Arcade Room

If you can pull yourselves back inside, there's an entire upstairs wonderland to explore, starting with the spacious game loft. Lay down a challenge on the pool table; play darts, ring toss, or wall Scrabble; and much more.

Movie Theater
Start dreaming of all the movies you'll see together in your very own home cinema. This one has three rows of ultra cozy reclining seats with cup holders for drinks or snacks, and an 86-inch screen with surround sound for the full experience.

Themed Bedrooms
The true magic of this mansion begins when you open the door to the three themed bedrooms, each one Memorable in its own unique way.

Start on the first floor with the Candy Fantasy room—this home's extra-special "12th bedroom," which is also extra spacious and features sleeping areas for up to six lucky guests. Swirling lollipops and rainbow candy canes decorate this delectable space, while kid-size ladders and a twisty lemon-yellow slide invite adventure.

Upstairs in the Enchanted Village room, the kids will be frozen with excitement as they step into a picturesque European village with charming sleeping quarters that double as a playhouse. They can even swoosh down a curvy slide designed to make them feel like they're gliding from the top of a mountain.

Next door, the Secret Galaxy room will transport little voyagers to a lush green planet in a galaxy far away. Here they can climb kid-sized ladders to explore treehouse dwellings (aka bunk beds), while a twisty slide whisks them back to earth. They'll love sleeping as much as they love playing in this intergalactic forest home with its leafy canopy overhead.

Bedrooms (King, Queen, & Full)
The grownups in your group can choose from nine sumptuous sanctuaries with high-end fabrics and furnishings, and sleek yet soothing Contemporary-style design. Downstairs, find a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a regular king bedroom, and a master queen bedroom that has its own double-door walkout to the pool area. Upstairs, choose from five beautifully appointed king bedrooms and one bedroom with two full beds. Each bedroom (including the themed kids' rooms) features its own en suite bathroom with top-class amenities.

About The Village Orlando
The Village Orlando is the only Homes by Villatel community where every home was designed and developed by Villatel from the ground up. Brand standards aren't retrofitted here — they're built in. Located minutes from Orlando's major attractions, with easy access to I-4 and the 429.

• Guests have access to the Villatel Village Event Center, including fitness classes, food experiences, and ticketed events.
• Guests also have access to community amenities at Solterra including tennis courts, lazy river, and fitness center.
