Resort Plaza 5043 is a spacious three-level condo that offers four bedrooms, a loft, and five bathrooms. With sleeping arrangements for up to 14, your guests can vacation in complete comfort.
When you are not dining in one of Park City’s world-class restaurants, easily prepare a bite to eat in the well-equipped and beautifully designed kitchen. Gather around the dining table with seating for ten.
The living room offers well-appointed furniture that invites you to sit by the gas-burning fireplace and catch a show on the flat-screen TV with cable. In the summer months, the large sliding glass doors lead to a patio with chairs to enjoy the gorgeous mountain views.
On the main level, a suite offers a luxurious king-size bed, access to a lovely private deck, and en suite bathroom with double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a deep soaker tub. The second bedroom offers one twin-size bed, a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top, and en suite bathroom. The third bedroom offers a queen-size bed, a twin bed with a twin trundle bed, and an en suite bathroom.
Up one flight of stairs, the open loft area offers a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangement options and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Up another flight of stairs, steeple ceilings add stunning architectural interest, and a fourth bedroom offers a king-size bed, sleeper sofa, and a en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and deep soaker tub.
For your comfort, in the summer months this property offers air conditioning, each bedroom is equipped with a TV, and the condo offers a private washer and dryer. Resort Plaza offers complimentary fiber wi-fi and elevator service. Complimentary underground parking is located at the Lowell Condominiums and a year-round pool, hot tub, and fitness facility are located on the first level of The Lodge at Mountain Village. Please Note: The Resort Plaza parking garage has a height limitation of 6 feet 10 inches and alternative parking for oversized vehicles is not available. There are limited parking stalls for SUV’s between 6’ and 6’ 10 on the main level. Additional parking via a garage elevator is available for vehicles under 6’.

We stayed here with 6 adults and 2 kids and the location couldn’t be better. We had plenty of space for everyone, walked to the lifts, and enjoyed everything PC had to offer. Already talking about booking the condo again. Only reason for not 5 stars is we were woken up every morning at 5am thanks to the trash trucks just outside the door. Not a major issue, but if you’re a light sleeper you may want to pack some ear plugs.
My team stayed there for Sundance 2025. It was a great location, easy check-in process, and true to the listing.

It was the only 4 bedroom I could find close to the slope. The location was great, but don’t expect to be wowed by this condo. Clearly showing age and minor things not working. The price of per night (Pres Day weekend), was absurd for this mediocre unit. I’ll stay somewhere else next visit there. Too expensive for the quality of the condo.

Great skiing. Great location nice condo
Overall great stay. Everything is clean. Plenty of kitchen needs no keurig available which we would have liked. Nice fireplace but maintenace had to come fix it twice. Beautiful scenery. Nice to hear the band in the courtyard at end of day. Beautiful deck but deck chairs are broken. The biggest issue was the elevator. It was broken and carrying all our luggage and skiis for 8 people and groceries up 5 floors was very difficult. It was fixed day 3 but we climbed to 5th floor after skiing all day. . Then day 5 it broke again. For 36 hours. On day 9 I got stuck in elevator for 45 minutes. Other than the elevator issues its a great place to stay. We would stay again.

Thank you for your review and please accept our sincerest apologies for the complications that occurred at Resort Plaza during your stay including the issue with the elevators, the fireplace, the water shutoff and the miscommunication regarding the parking. Obviously, we want every guest experience to be flawless but we certainly didn’t meet that goal for you.
All of the issues you encountered will be or have been addressed although elevator malfunctions may occur without notice. When they do we will do our very best to be prompt in a response.
