We have breathtaking views from this waterfront condo that is set up for your rest and relaxation. Come and enjoy days on the beach, on a boat, fishing, bike riding, kayaking/paddle boarding , shopping, cruising around in a golf cart or just relaxing on an amazing island full of beauty. Spend your evenings at the marina or downtown having a fabulous dinner and cocktails at one of the historical restaurants. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo comfortably sleeps six adults and comes with all the amenities for an enjoyable and restful stay. The property is on a small island and includes a beach and sun deck, pool, hot tub, new tennis and pickleball courts, bikes for use during your stay, boat slips for rent and local bike rentals, paddle board, kayak and golf cart rentals. The property comes fully stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, kids beach toys, a boogie board, a full set of kitchen pots, pans, utensils, cooking and mixing bowls, plates, wine and drink glasses, large ice ball molds for the scotch drinkers and a bar cabinet and wine/drink cooler. Bedrooms and bathrooms have all the needed amenities, USB plugs and free wifi and cable. Books, games and movies are also present for a relaxing night in with family and friends.
After spending many years traveling for work, and being blessed to stay at many amazing hotels and vacation locations, this condo was created with those comforts in mind. Plush towels, 500-700 thread count sheets, ultra-soft throws and blankets, extra pillows, gel foam and hybrid mattresses', soothing wall colors, ambiance lighting, lanterns on the patio, remote controlled fans, full set of high quality pots, pans and bake ware, full washer/dryer, coffee pot, tea pot and French press, cable, DVD player, wifi and games.

The public beach is not close so prepared to ride in car, rent golf cart or ride bikes. The pool is noisy but clean and well kept. There is a sandbar on the back of the property.

My family spent 4 nights in the condo and had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and comfortable for the four of us. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. We eloved having our morning coffee on the back patio while watch the dolphins play!

The property has been recently renovated. The property is comfortable and well stocked for all vacation needs. The property has a beautiful view of Gasparilla Sound. We sat on the back deck, drank coffee, and watched the dolphins in the sound. Maria was very helpful when we needed assistance and easy to communicate with. It was such a treat!

So thankful to have stayed here for my first beach vacation with my toddler! I grew up in Englewood but now live in PA. I’m so glad the condo was so well equipped and it was spotless! There was a pack and play, beach equipment, and everything you would need to cook! I did bring my own portable high chair for my son. I will say on the weekends you need to get to the Boca beaches early and make reservations for restaurants when possible. We loved how quiet it was during the week! We wish we had added more nights to our stay. Thank you, Maria, for being so helpful.

Boca Grande stay

We absolutely loved the area! The condo was well equipped. No elevators so wouldn’t recommend for anyone with problems climbing stairs. I thought it was beachfront but I think that was my inability to read the description properly! The beaches are less than 10 minutes away and absolutely fabulous so well worth the drive! The owner was very responsive and friendly and this condo while not on the beach is waterfront and offers beautiful views. Across the street we got to see amazing dolphin shows in the evenings.

Family Vacation

Definitely recommended for a perfect family getaway. This rental is at the entrance of the beautiful Gasparilla Island. Every visit is certainly a treasure with it’s authentic island feel and peaceful environment. Anything you could possibly need for a great beach experience is nearby and the owner took care of all the little details.

We were very pleased with the condo. The communication with the owner was great and the check-in/out process was easy. The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked with all the things you need while traveling. Very nice to have condiments and spices for use in the kitchen. The kids enjoyed the beach toys and the adults loved having beach chairs. Great views off the screened porch. Boca Grande North complex is so well maintained and the pool was perfect for the post beach afternoon swim.

My husband and I and 2 other adults (family) all stayed at Property ID 969979, a Waterfront Condo on Boca Grande.. Boca Grande is beautiful and the 2 Bedroom, 2 bath condo was lovely.. It had everything we could have needed, wanted & more. Our 2 week stay was perfect. We will definitely return. Maria, the owner was very easy to reach and always willing to accomodate our needs.

When I spent so much time away from home it was always frustrating to try to feel comfortable and have the amenities I enjoyed and missed at home. I worked to make this condo comfortable and inviting for a relaxing and peaceful getaway with family and friends. It was always important to me to have great service and amenities and as I continue to make updates to the property I always welcome your feedback and return visits.

Why they chose this property

I chose this location because it was such a beautiful and unknown island and was very much a gem of untouched gulf with quiet beautiful beaches and amazingly restaurants, history and the famous banyan street. I used to come here as a teenager and actually attended my high school prom on the island so it made sense to hold a piece of that history and have a place closer to my elderly parents.

What makes this property unique

When I was working on this property I would awake in the morning to the most beautiful sunrises, dolphins and birds in the afternoon and even working on the patio watching the boats go by was the most calming feeling. I hope you enjoy the same experience during your stay, minus the work part:)! Sitting on the patio in the morning enjoying a cup of coffee or spending the evening with a glass of wine and great conversation watching the sunset after a day of exploring downtown shops and restaurants and calm beach waves makes for an extraordinary time.
