NO SHORT ONLY FRIDAY-FRIDAY RENTAL YEAR ROUND.

This lovely unit is one of DeBordieu's top villas. In addition to its fine decor, the enclosed sunroom with panoramic views of the ocean is hard to beat! A spacious upstairs loft can serve as a bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa and a single bed with a private bath. Downstairs the king master bedroom opens onto a furnished deck overlooking the ocean and pool. The third bedroom features a king bed with private bath and the fourth bedroom features a king bed with a twin as well as a private bath. The villa offers throughout the unit TVs, DVD players, a stereo, wifi, outside shower, and garage. DeBordieu Colony is a very private, gated community located between Pawleys Island and Georgetown, just 30 minutes South of Myrtle Beach.

NEW CLUB ACCESS FOR 2022...
DeBordieu community clubhouse offers dining, golf, tennis, fitness center, pool access and activities. There is a $200 per day charge for use of any of these amenities. The $200 per day fee is collected and arranged directly with the DeBordieu Club after your reservation has been confirmed. Rental Agent is not responsible for any club accounts or club arrangements. Home has SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP.

Pool use is only for rental guest of unit, and only allowed 3 vehicles plus a golf cart.

Enjoyed our stay!

Property was great. Close proximity to pool and the beach was great for all of us but particularly our children. The house was very well equipped and the space was great. We hope to come back next year.

Here is the scoop on staying in Debordieu: There is a $200 per day amenities fee if you are a guest (this includes the main club pool). However, this villa has a private pool for villa guests that you can use for no additional fees. Great find for parents and the pool is roomy and clean. The oceanfront location was also nice. Elevator in working condition as well. Tidelife is fantastic, as always.

A wonderful Beach Trip with Family 2024

Reviewer Comments: We all love the location & access to pool!There was a resodent their who was rude to a family member and told me I ws not allowed to have guest on the property. Also he came into our condo without waking us up.Came through the elevator to clean dryer vent. Said he rang bell but I was awake and did not hear it! It was 8 in the morning! He said he was the BOSS of the complex! Not a good ambassador for the place!I did tell the rental company. But don't think I told about coming into condo! I have stayed in other unit at this location and this was my first experience with this man!

Beautiful ocean view

Great townhouse. Equipped with everything we might need. The .property was beautifully kept up, the beach clean and spacious and the pool clean…could have used a few more umbrellas to provide some shade as there was only one. Well-lit, though discreet. Quiet and serene. We had a 2 yo with us and had to move a few things out of his reach. Takes 10” to get to shops and restaurants but this wasn’t a handicap.

Happy Days=Happy Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time staying at Happy Days, but our first time renting through Tidelife. Suzanne and her staff was very friendly and helpful when setting up the rental. She responded to emails right away and was extremely pleasant to work with. Happy Days is in a terrific location and proximity to the pool and beach. The unit is nicely furnished, and the kitchen is loaded with any pot, pan, dish, and utensil that you can possibly need. There was plenty of room for five adults and one toddler. The unit even had a pack and play, baby gate, and bed rails. It's wonderful to not have to pack those items! As far as issues, we had some trouble with the lock on the sunroom door and called to ask for help. A gentleman from Tidelife came to help lock the door, but the lock wasn't repaired so we continued to have the same issue. We also love grilling at the beach, and unfortunately the grill was in desperate need of replacing. When you pay as much for a rental unit you'd at least expect the grill to be replaced every few years since the salt air takes a toll.
