STUDIO VILLA

This unit is not necessarily the one in the picture; it will be assigned at the time of check-in.

Construction:
As part of our efforts to enhance and maintain the resort, stairwell renovations in buildings 16 and 17 will take place from September 5–November 30, 2025. Both buildings will remain open during this time. Guests may notice the sights and sounds of construction during daytime hours.

The picnic area features charcoal grills and is a great place to cook up a meal and meet other owners and make new friends. Afterwards, you can challenge the kids (or your new friends) to a game of mini-golf or shuffleboard. Enjoy a refreshing dip in your choice of indoor or outdoor pools. Kids will love the kid’s pool and playground. And kids of all ages will enjoy a visit to Branson, the `Live Music Entertainment Capital of the World.` A range of shows, attractions and entertainment draw millions of visitors each year to enjoy top-notch performances by headliner talent, plus theme park fun, rides and more.

Please note that there are no elevators on site and most units require steps.

The Outdoor Pool closes seasonally beginning the second week in October. The Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, and other outdoor amenities remain open.

Construction:
As part of our efforts to enhance and maintain the resort, deck repairs on buildings 2 and 3 will take place through April 1, 2026. In addition, buildings 16 and 17 will be closed for renovations from January 1–April 7, 2026. Guests may notice the sights and sounds of construction during daytime hours.
Stairwell renovations in Buildings 25 and 26 will take place from February 19–April 10, 2026. The stairwells will remain partially accessible during this time. Guests may notice the sights and sounds of construction from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
