This well loved family orientated holiday home offers everything you will need for you stay in Mandurah offering large rooms throughout with all you will need during your stay. Two lounges with Smart TV`s and a third Smart TV in the Bar Room with a pool table means everyone has something to keep them entertained - plenty of games to play as well. There is an extra 3 children`s fold out beds for your use as well and an extra single bed in the upstairs area with an office desk if you have to do some work during your stay. Ducted reverse cycle air con throughout. No access to the garage at the property but plenty of driveway and street parking.

Bring the bikes so you can cycle easily into the Mandurah Foreshore or go to parks on the way. Local shopping centre just down the road. You have the best of the Mandurah waterways on your doorstep - with a boat ramp across the the road to easily enjoy either estuary crabbing or ocean fishing.
DOGS & PETS We’re happy to welcome your pet, but this must be approved in advance. A separate non-refundable fee of $115 per pet applies and is payable through our guest portal. Pets are preferred to stay outside. If they are inside, they must be kept off all furniture and beds.
Please note there are outside perimeter security cameras at the property. These are in place for both your security and the property. The cameras must not be removed, covered, or adjusted at any time.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system. The communication was fantastic.The house needs a little TLC but overall we had a comfortable stay.The games room had some damage from a previous storm so it was out of bounds during our stay which was disappointing.we had a great time and would stay again.
This is a huge property with all of the amenities for a fun time with the family. It’s in a great location and we highly recommend it. We loved it so much this was our second stay there.
Good location, our family enjoyed their stay over new year, we watched the fireworks from the balcony, great fun, lots of room for the family to relax. Great coffee shop along the st.
Large home perfect for large families. Quite location opposite water way yet minutes to Foreshore and major shopping centres. Home is fully equipped with everything you need , will definitely stay again .

It was a beautiful spot and a lovely property- as we are not from Perth I thought it was a 30'min drive from Perth. It is an hours drive from Perth CBD. Mandurah is lovely.

Huge home that accommodated 4 mums and 7 teenagers. Lots of space for everyone. Great location. Recommended you byo tea and coffee as was limited supply but apart from that we couldn't fault. Highly recommend.

Relaxing getaway
It was lovely great location and plenty of room. Aircon in games room wasn’t working so that was disappointing since we spent most of our time in there because of the pool table. A couple of extra kitchen items like a strainer would have been useful. The side gate was broken and really needs repaired as this is a pet friendly property and my dog got out through the bars on the front fence / gate as he is a small dog.
Overall a lovely stay.

Nice but the house needs work
House is big and spacious which was great for our large group but the carpets are gross, the upstairs toilet leaks and needs fixing and some windows couldn’t open because the latches were broken.
On arrival the kitchen bin was full from the previous guests so that was disappointing. Overall was ok but probably won’t be back

Spacious place but needs a clean
We liked the place but it was in desperate need of a deep clean. The walls were filthy, the carpets were filthy, there were spills in the kitchen pantry that hadn't been wiped. There was an old ice block in the closet in bunk room. The vacuum was blocked and unusable. Ants all over the kitchen. Needed dusting. Apart from that, we enjoyed the place because of the space and piano and bar room with pool table.

Hi Shirley, I am guessing this is the booking under the name of Rama, I just wish to make it quite clear I have manged this property for over 12 months - the stains on the carpets are permanent no matter how many times it is cleaned - the walls are needing painting correct and the owner is currently getting quotes to do this. I have advised cleaners of the pantry and iceblock issue they have missed.

House was not what they advertised! Definitely in need of a deep clean and maintenance! House was not ready for us on arrival, no clean linen on beds or towels! Could not get in touch with property manager by phone/or email! Do not recommend this property, as not good enough for rental and the property manager herself did not do her job, which is to check the property to make sure it is safe and suitable for rental! !
Not what we expected. House is in need of serious maintenance. Dusty and feels dirty. Upstairs toilet leaks. Downstairs toilet doesn’t have a working ceiling light, they plugged in a lamp instead of fixing it. Both have broken toilet roll dispensers. Front door locks with a key from the inside, no other way to open it and there’s only one provided. It was an issue with half the group going out and the best option based on timing was to be locked in with no way to exit the property in an emergency.
Screen door in master isn’t on the rails while screen doors in theatre are stuck and won’t open or close enough to lock. The oven wouldn’t work and there was no manual. Took a while to google and find the clock had to be programmed for it to turn on. Only half the bbq worked. All 6 adults on separate occasion went to clean the kitchen floor cause it looked so dirty but it’s just a lot of chips in the tiles. We had an issue with the gate too and had to call the property manager to fix it on Good Friday. She was prompt and helpful and aware the house had maintenance issues. We enjoyed our time together but the house unfortunately was not up to appropriate short term rental standard.
