River Getaway

Annual River Trip

We can't wait to return

We enjoyed our stay at Off the Hook. We can't wait to return now that the dock is finished. The beds were comfortable, lots of towels and linens available, amazing outdoor kitchen, great view, killer fire pit. The list goes on. We will be booking this house again in the near future!

Our second time staying at Off the Hook. Love the house, love the location. Absolutely nothing lacking. Wish I could live there full time. The fact this house is all on one level is a great bonus for my arthritic knees.

This was the perfect get away if you love fishing and peace! You wake up every morning with unbelievable views of the river! The house is well taken care of - modern renovations and extremely clean! Beautiful home, ideal location

Ours was a 'bucket list' fishing trip (which was great!) but we found a refreshing, restful break from neighborhood living as well.You can see from the pictures how beautiful the home is but you cannot see how quiet and peaceful the setting is. So relaxing, so peaceful, we hated to leave. We would highly recommend this property, Nima's pizza, and feeding the fish off the dock. What a great experience.

Luxury on the river

What a fabulous place to stay. Great location on the river and top shelf accommodations. Everything we needed was provided, and if you are inclined to cook, grill or smoke your supper, you have all the options covered. Brian was easily contactable when needed, and the house itself is beautifully appointed and offers riverside luxury and a setting that allows you to relax in comfort. Certainly on the higher end for riverfront rentals, but absolutely worth the additional money. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else next time we come to fish on the incomparable White River.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was here. There isn’t a single thing about this place that I would change. I’ve never been to a place where I’ve felt more at peace than here. Phenomenal

Everything about this cabin was incredible! It had everything we needed and then some! The outdoor area was nothing short of amazing! So many different seating areas, awesome fire pit and a well-stocked beautiful outdoor kitchen! All the details and finishing touches inside were stunning, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were gorgeous and all was so clean. None of us, especially the kids, were ready to go home. Great location from town! Our favorite part was being able to fish right off the bank! We cannot wait to go back!

Fabulous house!

Bc husband has food allergies, we need rentals w full kitchens and cook 95% of our meals. Have NEVER stayed in such a lovely kitchen rental, nor seem so much cabinet/pantry space ANYwhere! And the outdoor kitchen:3 kinds of grills, a fire pit, and a large covered patio for rainy days. Truly couldn’t have been better….exceeded expectations. Thank you always!

Off the Chart !!

Off the Hook is off the chart in every way. There isn’t much more they can do to make this place exceptional. A very relaxing and calm atmosphere. Great for family vacay or Pop and Uncle fishing stay. I can’t say enough, you’ll have to see for yourself. Thank you for having us. Great host., Great Place, I wish I could live here. Luxury on the river

What a special place! Ideally situated on the river with eagles and herons to keep you company. Fully equipped with high end outdoor cooking facilities and outdoor living spaces, in addition to everything you need inside, including luxury linens and a spa like primary bathroom. Though more expensive than some of the riverfront offerings, a stay at “Off the Hook” is worth every penny. The host Brian was very quick to respond when we reached out to ask a question, and they have made sure the home is equipped with everything you might need during your stay. This home is easily top of our list of STRs in the Cotter/Flippin area and we will definitely be back.

Amazing experience and house

Our fishing team of friends are going to Arkansas area White River since 2010 at least 4 times a year. This house is probably top 3 house we been in and to take into consideration that most places we been are 5 star. House is well equipped, clean, lots of space and most of all great fishing spot. Outside kitchen, firepit, covered patio is amazing. Fishing off the dock (it was added recently) superb. You don't need to go in water at all. Owner is super friendly and responded to our messages very quick....we didn't need owner at all but to thank him and complement him how place is perfect. We are definitely coming back to this place again. Thank you for having us.
