Great, clean, well thought out rental. I love staying in Cotter for White River fishing and this place fits the bill - close to the river, close to downtown amenities and close to Mt Home if you need to go into a bigger town for something.

We really enjoyed the house. It was clean and nice. It was easy to get to and very close to the Cotter access on the White. The wifi worked without issues even for streaming movies. We would definitely stay here again.

I spent a few days in this property and have nothing but good memories. Open floor plan, nice kitchen, three bedrooms and bbq in the back. The home is well appointed and comfortable. Hosts were available for a couple of questions and extremely friendly and helpful. Will be back!

Fall Break Fishing Trip

The property is as good as advertised. It is located in a neighborhood in Cotter with easy access to the majority of the trout docks between Norfork and Bull Shoals. It is in a great location. The house is clean, and well equipped with cooking utensils, etc. The check in process is extremely easy as well. We will stay here again, or in one of the owner's adjacent properties. All are well maintained.

Beautiful new house, with excellent owners!

We had a wonderful time this weekend making memories with our family. The beautiful home of Tim and Sara was amazing, perfect for our family fishing get away, very clean, we had everything we needed. It was fantastic to get to meet Tim, he was so friendly and warm; he was sure to let us know if we needed anything at all not to hesitate to call. P.S. for you boat owners Tim thought of every thing, right down to cleaning your boat after a day of fishing in the back if you like. 😉 We’ll be back soon, Thank you for having us Tim and Sara!

Relaxing weekend!

The house was amazing and location was amazing I would definitely stay there again! My only struggle was with communication with the host. I was expecting to get all my information through Vrbo but the host is a third party company that was a little hard to get in contact with. It wasn’t an issue really I just struggled to find the check in information so when the time came it did take me about 20 minutes to figure out how to get into the house because the email came from evolve not Vrbo and when trying to contact their help like the only way I could actually get through to talking to someone was to go in like I was booking another stay. So I can only imagine trying to get in contact with them if there was an actual issue with the house. Other than that the property was clean and the area was nice!

Amazing stay in Cotter

Beautiful and clean home with wonderful open floor plan and tremendous views. The landscape and wildlife was a surreal experience. We were about a mile from the lovely white river, which is a perfect spot for fishing and photography. Big Spring Park, which is also very close, is a wonderful place to take kids for close fun.
