This is an excellent resort for any Universal Vacation or convention event. The place was clean and spacious. The unit needs updating but overall this was a good stay.

Nice property. However, you can tell this is being managed by a large company versus an individual.Small details missed:- cheap bed sheets- pots and pans were cheap- no minimal helpful items like salt and pepper- dishwasher very old and on its last leg- not enough garbage bags- towels very oldIt was nice comfortable stat, but some additional details would make it much better.

Great Location for an Orlando Visit

We stayed for an event at the convention center and it was a short easy drive there. Also not to far from local attractions. Kids enjoyed the pool too!

Very nice lake facing condo. I love Vista Cay. Great pools, centrally-located & well-maintained property. Condo close to pool & offered nice views. The apartment could easily be a 10, but b/c of some small shortcomings, I think there is room for improvement:-better blinds/shades in master bedroom, too much sunlight at 7am- dishwasher & washer/dryer should be updated. None are really up to the task. - towels across the board should be replaced. Not enough & shoddy quality. - cutlery, only enough for 6 serving with a condo capacity of 8 ppl- 5 dining chairs? Where does the 6th person sit?The condo seems more for a short stay. I would stay again, but some small investment should be made to make this a 10 experience

Convenient condo

We come for the VMX conference and love that this is walking distance to the OCCC as well as being on the bus route. The only thing this time was that there was construction noise going on and the path around the lake was blocked off. It would have been nice to have a heads up for that but otherwise, a safe choice for what we needed!

Dirty and needs updated

The property is located in a great spot. It is close to the pool and overlooks the lake. I loved sitting on the balcony and having my morning coffee. But...the condo needs updated very badly. There was dust on all the furniture. Cobwebs on the light fixtures. Light bulbs out in the master bathroom. The beach towels have seen better days. They are very thin and one had a hole in it. The master bathroom stool was loose and slid when you sat on it. It looks like it has been forgotten by the owners. These were small things that could easily be fixed. The over all decor is out of date. It is a beautiful condo that could be great if only they would put a little more effort into making it comfortable. We had a lovely time, but were disappointed with how it was neglected. I would stay at this location again, but would pick a condo that is more up to date. As far as the owners getting a bad review, that is because I asked for a paid in full invoice from them the week before our arrival and have never received one.

Great balcony and big unit. Plenty of room. Took us 4 days to have the ice machine fixed and for internet to be working but the management company was easy to talk to and did what they could.

Perfect!

We were surprised at the space, cleanliness and comfort. We had two other families staying locally and our was the beautiful place where we could gather with room to spare and a beautiful view. Convenient to all, great pool and walking path. Thank you so very much. We would love to return .
