Angela, a well-stocked kitchen and a hot tub on the deck are exactly the combination that makes a family stay feel effortless rather than logistical. Glad the space had room for everyone to spread out. Hope to have the whole crew back again soon.

Always a great stay

We have stayed here 3 or 4 times now and it's always great. Everything is cleaned really well, lots of space, within 2 mins of downtown Leadville and about 10 mins to Cooper, fenced in backyard for the dogs! Overall, highly recommend!

The home was spacious, with a big kitchen, huge basement, great fenced yard, and hot tub. The home could use some updates - particularly the bathrooms, but we were there for the company, the location, and to spend time outside and this property allowed us to do all of that! It’s right on the bike trail and less than a 10 minute walk to Harrison St. I would recommend!

We definitely enjoyed staying here. Nice place to stay for couple days. Fence in backyard definitely helps pets to run around. We didn't had any pets in this stay though!

Ski trip with friends!

The property was clean and perfect for me and my friends. Not too far from the ski resorts, there is a grocery store in town, and there is a cute row of shops and ski rentals in town as well! Would absolutely stay here again.

Visited for my nephew's wedding. House looked recently remodeled (well done) and was very clean. Lots of gathering space with living room and lower level family room. Even had a packet of local coffee which was great. Quick walk to Main Street which was very convenient. Great option if we ever visit Leadville again. I would highly recommend.
