The FEQ Lodge (with rooftop pool and gym)

The FEQ Lodge is our tribute to the Festival d 'Été de Québec, which takes place in early July each year in our beautiful city.
The condo is air-conditioned and located on the 6th floor. The building was built in 2022. It includes an elevator, gym, lounge area.
Starting from early may, you can enjoy the rooftop terrace on the 12th floor with an impressive view of the city, a swimming pool, relaxation areas, a fireplace and barbecues at your disposal.

King size bed in the master bedroom and queen size bed in the second bedroom. Also queen sized sofa bed. It was chosen for its superior comfort.
Washer-dryer in the apartment. 9 foot ceilings, quartz kitchen counters, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and filter coffee maker as well as a Nespresso machine, air conditioning, Netflix and Prime video and some attention for your comfort!

Available owners, superior soundproofing, impeccable service and professional maintenance.
Walking distance to St-Joseph Street, restaurants, cafés, grocery store (less than 1 minute), bakery and bars in the trendy St-Roch district.

Place was perfect for the 2 of us. If Old Quebec is your primary reason for visiting the area, it is uphill from condo. Took 15 minutes and definitely got our blood pumping.

Property was a 3 minute walk to Old Quebec. Parking is safely underground 3 minute walk away from condo. Everything you need for your stay is in apartment. Washer and dryer were great as well as kitchen area. We were a family of 6 and we were all very comfortable within the condo. Would definitely stay again.

Good location , five mins walk from railway station and ten minutes (up steps) to old town. Very clean, spacious, good cooking facilities- needs teaspoons. Rooftop pool/area a plus, though not in the rain we had. Enjoyed on last day when sun came out. Hosts communicative and answered questions.

Ideal base for exploring Quebec

Weve been to Quebec many times usually staying at the Marriott. With several extra family members on this trip, we look for a 2 bedroom rental. Worked perfectly. Metro grocery store 200 meters away. Plenty of restaurants walking distance as was old town. We used Uber to avoid the walk to Old town....worked perfectly and we did not have to deal with parking in the tourist areas.

Comfortable and recommended

We stayed a few days at this comfortable and well-stocked apartment. The location was within walking distance to all of the tourist attractions. We also discovered many shops, restaurants, and patisseries in the neighborhood. We had everything we needed- plenty of towels, bedding, and all of your kitchen needs (coffee maker, pots and pans, etc). Would definitely recommend!

Great Apartment Close to Old Town

This property was perfect for the three of us when we visited Quebec city for a family wedding. The apartment had everything we needed and we were within walking distance of a grocery store, lots of restaurants, and just a short stair climb from the plains of Abraham. The bonus with this apartment is the rooftop pool that is awesome on a hot day. Communication with the owner was quick and clear. We would rent here again.

Perfect Spot for old Quebec & new!

First of all, the bed was AMAZING. Best bed i have ever slept in, maybe even better than my own bed at home! Old Quebec is a 10 minute walk away & so many great spots to eat within easy walking distance. Always felt very safe, very close to everything & found the spot to be a perfect location! The rooftop pool was a great break during the warmer months! The apartment itself was also very comfortable for hanging out! We loved it!

Nice apartment!

This is apartment is located just a few blocks from the Saint- Roch district which is full of great restaurants. There is a good grocery store 3 blocks away and a pharmacy too, so very possible to stay here without a car. Old Quebec is a 15 minute walk up the hill:-) The apartment itself is clean and well stocked. The roof top pool has nice view. The beds are clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment!

Great apartment within walking distance of Old Quebec

Alexandre was absolutely great in quickly responding to messages. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Lots of extra bed linens and towels, (and wine glasses!) Small suggestion to provide a few extra coffee/tea mugs, but we easily remedied by washing our mugs frequently; it wasn't a problem for us. Thank you for a great stay.

Overall, the place was great. It worked well for us. The communication before and during the stay was great. Alexandre was very responsive. We did find that it had a cat smell but he said there was never one there. It was definitely clean so there wasn't any obvious indication of one.
