Naruda Pet Friendly in the heart of Daylesford
The home has been transformed into an open plan two-story residence with three bedrooms upstairs, and a one-bedroom self-contained unit downstairs.
The master bedroom pays homage to its heritage with Art Deco windows, plate rails, ceiling rose, high ceilings, and timber floorboards that flow throughout the upper level of the home. There is a walk-in robe and ensuite. The other three bedrooms are nicely decorated and have their own personality and style.
The open plan kitchen, living, and dining area is light filled and leads onto a paved balcony that offers 180-degree views of the area, the perfect spot to entertain.
The galley-style laundry is handy for longer stays.
Downstairs you will find a little office and a one-bedroom apartment with a kitchenette, carpeted bedroom, bathroom, and lounge with direct access to the lower deck and fully enclosed backyard. This is a perfect spot for the kids to hang out and play.
The backyard is fully fenced for your pooch. With an abundance of fruit trees including, apple, orange, olive, and lemons and a family of Kookaburras who comes to visit regularly, this home will provide a comfortable stay in an ideal location.
