We stayed here with my married son and their 3 kids age 5 years - 9months. This unit is tucked into the Mamilla Mall - amazing location (5/5 stars) ! It is a very large unit, especially for Israel. Long outdoor porch. Beds are very comfortable. We asked for 2 cribs and a high chair and all were provided. Couches are great too. Communication with host was excellent. Amalia responded promptly at all times. The unit, however, isn't well cared for (2.5/5 stars). Loose faucets and towel racks, broken light fixtures; cabinet door to access microwave should stay lifted when raised, but slams down making it difficult to use. Dining table wobbles. No stopper in 1 of the bathroom sinks - functional but not attractive to look at internal hardware. No bath mats in bathrooms - either in tubs or in front of bath/showers. Very slippery and not safe - so I bought 2 bath mats myself. The unit is described as having fully stocked kitchen, but no coffee mugs - only small juice glasses. Bath towels were provided but are old, but only 2 hand towels and no washcloths for 7 people. All these issues can be fixed easily and didn't ruin our stay - but dissapointing given price and beautiful "bones" of unit. Has potential to be amazing if owner would invest in property.
