The white carpeting in the front room was filthy dirty. FILTHY dirty. The plug in the bathtub is still broken. There were pine needles everywhere on the driveway and entryway. There was a cracked window in the front door. Had difficulty getting into the lockbox. We will not be staying there again.

Comfortable and relaxing

The home was very comfortable and relaxing. We did a lot of driving while up here and it was nice to come back to a cozy home to wind down. Beds were clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient to many places. If we ever come back to flagstaff I would stay here again.

Great Respite

We wanted a cool, quiet getaway from the scorching Scottsdale heat, and this was just right. The house is just as it appears in the photos—clean, comfortable, well-equipped. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, and in a great location: close to all conveniences, with easy access to all the adventures Flagstaff has to offer. A Great Stay in Flagstaff

The "Modern Flagstaff Retreat" was exactly as the property was described. We stayed for 8 days in Flagstaff and this home was a great central location. We visited the Grand Canyon, meteor crater, the volcano crater, Walnut canyon and the Lowell Observatory. The home was very clean and well stocked in the the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and everyone enjoyed the stay. The host was very quick responding to questions about our stay. Thanks for a great vacation.

Second Time's a Charm

This was our second stay at this property and it did not disappoint! It is a cozy, well-stocked, updated home in a very quiet neighborhood. The location is excellent and just a few minutes away from downtown Flagstaff, and access to hiking, biking and the mountains. We really appreciate the comfortable sleeping, nice bed linens and towels. The kitchen has everything you need to eat in if you wish. We will stay again.

Cozy Place !

We had an awesome time staying at this rental. We were close to everything but far from the city noise. Easy access to main roads to visit the Grand Canyon and other attractions. Kitchen had the necessary appliances and cookware that allowed us to cook every breakfast and dinner . The space was perfect for a family of 6. Rental located in a friendly neighborhood . We will be back next fall !
