Valley Vista - Three bedroom villa located on golf course with amazing views!

A golfers dream come true! Play a round of golf at the fabulous Kangaroo Valley Golf Resort and stay in a villa with views to die for.
Valley Vista is positioned above the tee at the 8th hole, high up on the course with uninterrupted views towards Upper Kangaroo River and the escarpment way over on the other side of the Valley.
While this well appointed 3 bedroom villa can accommodate up to 6 guests it would also be perfect for just one couple or a small family, and you wouldn’t even need to be keen on golf!
There are 2 queen bedrooms, one on the mezzanine floor with an ensuite bathroom and the other on the main level beside a 3rd bedroom with twin singles and the main bathroom.
You are a short stroll to the inground pool, tennis courts, beach volleyball court and giant chess set. What more could you ask for?

Kkangaroo valley is a beautiful place and the views from the chalet were spectacular

The chalet was a little "tired" , carpets tatty and dirty in parts. It was not well equipped, we would have expected a washing machine, dishwasher and a barbecue facility. Having said that perhaps the fantastic views and beautiful environment made up for the failings of the chalet.

Mediocre accommodation in a beautiful location

The location was absolutely stunning and we really enjoyed the pool and golf course! The house experience was underwhelming, we experienced the following: * key pad covered in spider webs * rubbish from previous tenant still outside front door * dirty dishes and glassware * 6 (some partial) rolls of toilet paper to cover 6 people for 5 days * torn fly screen to deck so we had to keep the glass door closed due to the mosquitoes * really established huge spider webs all over the deck floor * tv channels in the stay information were not available * plumbing issues that caused the upstairs to smell awful for 2 nights I will not be going back.

Could live there !

The house is lovely. Three bedrooms (loft/en-suite) with aircon. Bathroom clean. Kitchen fully stocked. Lounge room cosy. Clean and tidy. Then you have the view!! sitting on the deck, each afternoon after golf just staring up the kangaroo valley from height. Mesmerising. Will definitely be back. Everything we needed. And wanted.
