Luxurious brand new large family house w air con
Our holiday home was completed just in time for Xmas 2021 for a luxury stay with brand new beds, furniture and amenities. Round the corner from East Beach, on world famous 90 mile beach, and a 3 minute drive to the town centre with cafes and restaurants. Invite your friends and family, because there's plenty of room with two master bedrooms both with king beds, and two bunks rooms, which each accommodate four people (overall room for 12). Linen & towels provided excluding single bunk bed sheets.
The space
Walking into our home, you'll find a powder room on the left, followed by a staircase upstairs. The corridor ends in an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has a walk in pantry with an automated coffee machine, kettle and toaster. We have a fully functional laundry with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs you will find four bedrooms - the master room is particularly spacious and opens onto the balcony and includes ensuite. Upstairs includes a second living area (the kids tv area!!), family bathroom, separate toilet and a 3rd and 4th bedroom which each include two bunk beds (for eight guests). We have a bbq on the lower patio and a simple outdoor table and chairs. The upstairs patio is not suitable for young children. Please ensure you keep doors locked.
Guest access
The double garage has room for two cars to park. There's an onsite driveway for additional parking and access. Onstreet parking is also available.

We provide full linen for the two king master bedrooms. We provide doonas for the bunk bedrooms but ask that you please bring your own pillow cases and sheeting. We provide one towel and face washer per guest.
