The Beach Penthouse is perfectly located close to everything you need in Huskisson. It has direct access to the white sand beach and is only a few minute’s stroll to Huskisson’s Cbd. Discover the Incredible variety of local stores, cafes and restaurants, including the famous Huskisson Pub. You can also seize the opportunities the area provides and go whale and dolphin watching, stand up paddle boarding and kayaking. There is definitely something for the whole family to enjoy!

Flowing off the Living room is a large undercover balcony with the picturesque views of the beach and the white sand park. On the balcony there is an outdoor dining table and gas Bbq, with all barbecue utensils provided.

Balcony 2- (Level 2)
Upstairs the large rooftop terrace with outdoor seating area and sun loungers is the perfect place to watch the breathtaking sunsets and to star gaze at night. Easily top up with cool refreshments with access to a small kitchenette with bar fridge.

Directly off the master bedroom, rise with the sun with a cup of coffee in the cosy coffee retreat.

Deposit
A refundable 500 security bond is required for all bookings. This will be processed on your arrival day, or 24–48 hours prior if you're arriving on a public holiday. (Note – this does not apply for Airbnb bookings)

Check in / Check out information
• Check-In: From 2:00 PM, or 3:00 PM during peak periods (school holidays, Christmas, Easter, and public holidays)
• Check-Out: strictly 10:00 AM during peak periods
If you're arriving outside of the peak times, early check-in may be possible—contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you

• No parties – this home is not a party home, it is intended for quiet, family-friendly stays.
• Please keep noise to a respectful level at all times
• No smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes anywhere on the property – indoors or outdoors.
• No Fireworks, firearms, or any explosives will be tolerated
• No Motorbike riding on the property
• No Driving or parking on lawns or garden areas

Please note: Failure to follow these rules can result in early termination of your stay without a refund, and your security bond will be forfeited.
Additional cleaning fees may also apply if the property is not left clean and tidy.
