Fraser Crossing/Founders Pointe, Condo | 2 Bedroom (Value Unit 4440)

This two bedroom two bath condominium at Founders Pointe has a direct view to

the ski area and easily accessible near the elevator on the 4th floor.

Complimenting the amenities of a full kitchen and separate bedroom is a washer

and dryer right in the condominium. There is a king bed in the primary bedroom

with en-suite bathroom and a queen with a twin day bed in the second bedroom.

The roomy living area has a gas burning fireplace and a sofa sleeper that can

be used for kids. Parking note:

*Summer Free (one car per condo)

*Winter $24/night (one car per condo)

Reservations will be made online. A code and booking directions will be sent

via text on day of arrival. You are allowed to pay in advance, rather than day

of arrival. Please let us know if that's what you'd like to do. Parking is

located at 580 Winter Park Drive, Winter Park, CO 80482. There is no assigned

parking.
