While our team thoroughly cleans and prepares the home before each stay, occasional outdoor surprises such as bird activity or wildlife can unfortunately occur after a property has been serviced. We certainly would have appreciated the opportunity to address any concerns during your stay, as we were not contacted regarding the outdoor conditions you encountered. Our team is always happy to respond and assist when issues are brought to our attention.
