40 sqm apartment on ground floor level in a modern apartment complex, with one entrance, one bedroom with a double bed, one living room with a sofa-bed, a dining area, and an equipped kitchen.
Ecological standard apartment (I signed the agreement named Charte-Environnement) and I have brought special care to follow all requirements: water economy, low consumption lamps, eco friendly cleaning products supplied... I wish to include my 'guests' in this process.

Why they chose this property

The apartment that I rent is my home. My partner purchased his apartment and for financial reasons we have decided to rent my apartment as a holiday house for tourists, family, and friends when they wish to visit us.

What makes this property unique

Our location at the historic Versailles is an evident attraction. Located on the ground floor, on the street but a space lined with laurels separate it from the pedestrian's pathway, it is in front of a city house with garden. It has free and green view. It was built in 1963, so the apartment is modern. I have furnished it modestly but I also decorated tastefully (big mirror that spreads light and reflects a red wall where I put some artists' paintings).
Having signed the agreement named Charte-Environnement, my apartment is enjoyed by environment-sensible persons and eco-citizens.
