Gilbert

This is a casita, not a house. It is bright and has lovely kitchen appliances. It is located on a very busy street and rather loud. It is also located across the street from a 2,000 cow dairy farm (so lots of outside smells). The kitchen is woefully understocked (2 forks, no sharp knives and no kitchen towels). The listing says queen beds, they measure to double beds. The A/C must be on a smart thermostat, impossible to control. The couch is uncomfortable and the layout in that room to watch TV is not pleasant. The owner was not very helpful when we reached out. We overpaid for this property and will not return

Very clean, spacious and comfortable

The casita was very clean and comfortable. It was a good size for us for a week's stay. Things looked very new. Location was good, close to many things. The dairy does smell but we were warned and you cannot smell it inside the unit. Parking was very convenient.

Gilbert Home

The casita was well-furnished and comfortable.The 2 downsides were the constant noise of traffic on Chandler Heights just outside the bedroom windows and the smell of the beef operation across the street. But, overall a pleasant experience inside the house during non-sleeping hours.
