We had a very comfortable stay. Owner was responsive to needs (like adjusting the thermostat). It was convenient having access to a garage since there wasn't much parking available and location was excellent for our visit. Kitchen was fairly well-equipped. I would highly recommend and plan to stay again.

Brandon is great at communicating when I had questions. The home is very clean, well supplied with linens, kitchen items and utensils. The location is easy to get to everything. There isn’t a lot of outdoor/yard space if that’s something that is important. I spent a lot of time away from the house except in the afternoon or evening and would definitely stay again.

Perfect Spot!

The cleanliness and attention to detail was perfect. Felt like home, which is just what we wanted. Close to shopping and one of the best coffee shops ever! We will definitely stay here again when we visit in a few months.

Cute townhome

This little town home is darling and very clean It has two beds and a futon. It’s decorated so cute and the owner is incredibly accommodating. Super easy check in and out. The pool deck was being re-done so sadly we didn’t get to use it.

Amazing Experience!

This was our second time staying at the wonderful location. We looked at many locations and decided there were none that offered what this one did. Clean, nicely decorated with great amenities and attention to detail. We will be back next year!

Nice, clean condo

The condo was clean, well kept, nicely furnished in a nice neighborhood close to restaurants. Two car garage with a remote controller was a nice surprise.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Great neighborhood and close to everything. The property was bright, cheerful and beautifully decorated. Not a detail was missed when providing guests with amenities and a clean, relaxing environment. The host was easily accessible and extremely attentive to our needs. Exceeded our expectations. Perfect night in town

Loved our stay. Only downside... the heat was locked on at 72! Couldn't get it unlocked because of the Smart Thermostat. But the house was a cute house right in thr middle of Gilbert

Fabulous location, layout, host!

We loved this home! Perfect location for visiting family in the East Valley (and close to freeways to anywhere). Bedrooms are upstairs, with TV on ground floor - perfect for those who want to stay up and watch movies w/out waking up others. Brandon is super responsive and kind, I felt very comfortable communicating w him. The house was clean, and had everything we needed. We will be back!

Wonderful

My husband, 2 adult daughters, my infant granddaughter and I stayed here for a wedding in the area. It was such a great place. Everything we needed was stocked. The best part honestly was not having to strip everything. We rushed out to get to family breakfast and leaving the trash in the bins and the towels in the bathroom was such a time saver. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
