Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out is 11:00 AM or earlier. We must get in there as quickly as possible to avoid delaying our next guest's check-in. This includes the parking space.
If you check out before 11:00 AM, it would be wonderful if you could let us know. Our cleaning fees are based on a courteous guest.
We kindly ask that you please leave our property in a reasonable condition.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No glass at or around the pool area - No disruptive noise or party - Must sign Rental Agreement - Must check in BEFORE 11pm local time.
No visiting OR overnight guests in the unit or on site that are not listed on your reservation without prior approval. Will not go over max capacity.
No smoking of any kind - Quiet time strictly enforced 8pm to 10am - Security deposit hold of $100 is required. 1 night stays are not allowed.

Great location .. host responsive .. kitchen poorly equipped.. can’t believe only plastic glasses .. no glassware to be found .. minimal utensils ie cutlery .. beds with polyester sheets vs cotton ones … upstairs tenant very loud and one could hear them walking heavily at all times of the day and nite . Very annoying.. check in smooth but only one fob given .. great pool and easy parking

A few clarifications for future guests: No glassware (by design): We intentionally provide plastic cups only. This community has a strict no-glass pool policy, and in the past glass being brought to the pool resulted in the pool being shut down for an extended period. To protect guest safety and prevent closures that impact everyone’s stay, we do not stock glass drinkware. We state this in our listing prior to booking. Kitchen items: The home is stocked with a full cutlery set and essential cookware for normal use. If something specific is missing, we were not notified during your stay—we’re happy to help when we’re made aware. Sheets: We use soft, durable microfiber sheets because they launder well, dry quickly, and hold up well. We understand some guests prefer cotton, and we appreciate the note. Noise: This is a multi-level residential building, so occasional sound from above can happen. We did not receive any message about upstairs noise during your stay or from other guests—if we had, we would have tried to address it promptly. Fob: The complex issues one amenities fob per unit, which is standard for many communities and helps prevent loss/unauthorized access. We appreciate the feedback and will continue improving wherever we can.

Excellent location close to shops and restaurants. The unit was clean and had everything I needed to be comfortable. I appreciated the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit. Having garage parking was a great bonus to avoid having a hot car. The neighborhood was safe and I walked a lot in the area.

We had the best time! The accommodations are exactly as listed. The check in process was way easier than expected based on previous reviews. The owners were such great communicators which made the check in process super easy. We loved our stay and the location is great for walking tk so many amazing food places, shops, etc. we loved our stay and will be back.
