This amazing property is only just over an hours drive or an easy train ride to Melbourne’s CBD. Nearby are the numerous attractions of the Mornington Peninsula with its wineries, golf courses, beaches, and walking/cycling trails.

What makes this property really stand out from the crowd is its privacy and its scale. Large bedroom, glorious open plan lounge/dining area/kitchen, luxurious bathroom, secluded garden, and secure off-street parking.
A peaceful ambiance in a contemporary and stylish home fit with all the modern conveniences. Relax and unwind in a bright living area with fabulous artwork, overlooking the two outdoor areas. The front yard & courtyard are both secluded, and the perfect spot to unwind by the fire, with a glass of wine.
Staying in? You’ll have access to modern appliances in the fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of storage. Cook up a hearty homemade inside or barbeque outside on your private deck.
After a big day, retreat to the large bedroom which features a queen bed and plentiful storage.
The main bathroom is a contemporary space that is tastefully designed with a spacious shower, a large vanity, and a European laundry.
There is ample off-street parking for 2 vehicles with totally secure space for 1 behind closed gates. Please note: the garage is locked and cant be used
Additions include Wi-Fi and ducted heating
Please note there is a security camera at the front of the property for safety reasons. The garage is locked and cant be used during your stay.

1. We do not accept any parties, schoolies or events due to strict council regulations at any of our properties.
2. This property is not pet friendly.
3. There are minimum age requirements for this property.
4. A $500 bond will be taken after booking
