We are happy to hear you enjoyed the home and found the home comfortable. We have completely renovated the home over the couple years we owned it and continue to add touches (just added electric fireplaces in all bedrooms).
We try to prepare guests for the mountain road adventure leading to our home. The roads are all paved and city maintained, but are winding. I find apple maps and waze to be accurate for mapping the home and the area shortcuts.
We look forward to welcoming you back.
My husband, our two youngest sons, and both sets of our parents took a small family trip and we thoroughly enjoyed the views and convenience of this location!
We loved our Gatlinburg vacation. This was our first time in Gatlinburg and we had the best time. The house was the best and location was very convenient.

From the Owner: "Thank you for staying with us! I am thrilled to hear you chose our home for your first trip to Gatlinburg and make it part of your memories. We hope you return in the future."
Perfect place to rest and regroup with easy access to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Smoky Mountain National Park. Our kids enjoyed the basement game room, and we all enjoyed having more space to unwind than a typical hotel experience provides. Kitchen was well equipped for preparing simple meals.

From the owner: "I am thrilled to hear you enjoyed our home and found the location ideal. We arranged the home so that there would be separate areas to meet the desires of all family members. We look forward to your future visits to our Gatlinburg home."
Enjoyed our time ! Property owner was very helpful and responsive to the few questions asked. Parking for two full-size trucks was great and the scenery breathtaking. We would definitely use again.
Great place to stay. Very clean and quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance to the tubing and ski area. Excellent communication with management. We'd be delighted to stay here again. Thanks!

Pleasant stay
The cabin was a nice cabin with plenty of space for our family to enjoy and room for our grandkids. The beds were comfortable and kitchen is well equipped. Which made prepping breakfast much easier. Parking is adequate for 3 vehicles. Overall we had an enjoyable stay and would stay there again.
The home was easy to locate, most definitely a mountain stay with very pretty views. Plenty of room in the home, clean and all needed items present. As it states in pre-registration, definitely make sure to plan your trips to stores as there is a bit of distance to those. Overall very nice stay.
This property is absolutely stunning and the owners are amazing. The house was beautiful and clean. Communication with the owners was easy and they continued to check on us throughout the weekend to make sure everything was up to par and answered all of our questions. Definitely recommend this property when visiting Gatlinburg!
Cabin was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Spacious allowing us to spread out and still be comfortable. Glad they were also able to allow us to bring our fur baby. We did not use the on-site amenities, but they were available to us.
Very nice spacious and clean! Beds were a little on the hard side for our liking but otherwise everything was great. Do reccomend taking baby gates to block of the stairways (2) if you have toddler/infant age children going

Everything was the best!
There were nine of us in our family and we loved staying here. It exceeded our expectations! From the outside deck with the hot tub to the spacious interior, it was all amazing. The floor plan worked great for us. The large open living/kitchen area was a perfect place to gather. I highly recommend this cabin. The location was perfect also. Our hostess checked in with us to make sure we were happy...it couldn't have been better! I would give it 10 stars if possible!
This cabin is spectacular! Very comfortable and cozy. Feels like home. Everything was great. Kitchen was well stocked. Furniture was very comfortable and the beds were great! The views are simple amazing. The owners are very friendly. We had zero issues. Will definitely be back. Just what our family needed.
Spent a week at cabin with our 2 kids and grandkids. Having 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms was perfect. Kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals. Hot tub and pool table were nice amenities. Had several bear visits. They come checking for food, but host left instructions on what to do/not do. Was nice that host reached out on day of arrival to ensure everything was ok. We had no issues. Cabin has been well maintained.
We stayed 4 nights. Check-in was super easy. There were more than enough towels/toiletries. There is a full size washer/dryer-THANK YOU!! Kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans/silverware/flatware. Porches were awesome!! Everyone enjoyed them. Fireplace was nice! Very cozy place and I would definitely stay again! 3 king sized beds were a huge hit!! Very comfortable and refreshing. Wi-Fi was great. Nothing bad to say. Thanks for making our first family vacation in many years very memorable!!

Bear views galore!!
This cabin was perfect for our family trip! It was my husband, our two kids, in laws, my parents, and sister. Space for each family was perfect. Within the first hour of us arriving at the cabin we saw bears! After that we saw them every other day through our stay. Love that there was a deck area for each room. Kitchen had ample space for all of us. After a busy day of activities it was great to come home and wind down on the deck waiting for the bears to walk by. A short (little steep) walk to one of the pool areas was also very nice! We also brought our two dogs, just be aware due to location of the cabin there isn’t much of a grassy area for them to use the bathroom. We had to walk up the road for more grass access. Be aware road to get to the cabin is a bit steep but definitely worth it for the location. The tv in the living room is a smart tv but the rest are not for streaming your apps. For us it didn’t matter much since we were not home most of the time but would have liked tv access for bedtime. The kids loved sleeping in the game room playing pool and ms pac man. My family and I would definitely recommend this cabin and come back!

I am happy to hear you found the home to meet your needs. All TVS have streaming capabilities through Roku, I wish you'd reached out for instructions. Great Cabin - very poor support and ...
The cabin was great too bad the owners were trying to squeeze out an extra dollar and therefore get a lower rating. We arrived to find a few problems and the owner sent a repair person the next morning to fix them. So far so good. Now for the problems that came up, we have a TV in each bedroom. Bedroom 2 TV sort of worked the first evening and never again. Notified the owner and nothing no response. Two other TV were streaming only. Well, it would have been nice if they provided streaming codes or better yet had real cable so we could watch prime channels and current programs. This is a few dollars that they I guess can't afford. But charge a lot for the rental. The cabin has a large backyard and states "pet-friendly" yet this backyard is basically not accessible or cleared of wood and debris. The downstairs shower had very low water pressure so we had to make sure no one else was using any water it was being used. The grill looked like it had not been cleaned in years and its location right up against the cabin was nothing I would be willing to even try and use. Unless you may want to burn the place down. So cancel out evening of grilling. BTW- open flame charcoal.

Hi Joe, we're sorry to hear you were disappointed with your visit. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We work hard to ensure our guests are prepared for their visit. The internet provider was down due to storms but recovered within 2 hours. We followed up to ensure you were connected, and we assisted with the TV.
- When you requested wine glasses, our local contact delivered them and two bottles of wine as a goodwill gesture. At that point, you indicated you were happy and, unfortunately, did not reach out after that to allow us to address any additional concerns. I am disappointed that we weren't able to give you and your fellow guests the experience you expected.
- We are pet-friendly and welcome fur babies. This is a mountain setting, and there is limited area to walk pets, but there are areas in front of the home and along the road. There is no backyard. The back of the home is a steep grade following into a ravine. It is not accessible by foot and would not be safely accessed by guests or pets. I do apologize that you expected something different.
Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback!
