There are better out there

I was excited to stay at this place from the pictures posted on the website. Our initial reaction was that the place was nice, but as our stay went on I couldn't help but notice a bunch of things wrong with the place. The bathroom tub did not drain normally and when showering we were standing in a pool of water. The place was not clean, I did not feel comfortable walking around barefoot (or even with socks on) with how dirty the floor was. And the most disappointing/gross part was that we kept finding small black hairs everywhere (in the bathroom, on the floors, on the bed) and neither my husband or I have black hair. Aside from the on-site parking and the building being secure, I would not recommend staying here. There are plenty of other places to stay in Nashville.

Wonderful Stay! Close to EVERYTHING

We had a great stay! The place was close and walking distance to so many things. It was easy to have an elevator in the parking garage to take all our stuff up to the floor. I do suggest to have the shower door replaced and put in a full door for the shower. We had to put down towels on the ground to stop the water and moisture. We will look into stopping in Nashville again and this is the place to be. Thank you!!!

This was a very beautifully decorated condo! Cozy & rela6, easy access to good restraunts. The owner was easy to get in touch with & responses were quick. Instructions on stay were very clear & easy to follow

Everything leading up to our arrival was smooth and easy. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the unit, we found it to be quite dirty, and the elevator was out of order (a bit of an inconvenience hauling all our luggage up the stairs, but it was fixed the next day). On the 3rd night of our stay, I lost a contact on the bathroom floor, and in searching for it, realized the cleanliness was worse than I had originally thought! Walls were a bit thin, as we heard the next door occupants very clearly for a couple of hours one evening. We didn’t mind but be aware of that. Other than that, the unit was very modern and upscale, and decor was local and fun. Kitchen was well stocked with most normal things needed. Not likely to stay here again, due to the lack of cleanliness, but if you aren’t picky about that, it’s a nice apartment.

Great Weekend Trip!

This property was great. Everything looked the same as it did in the pictures and it was so nice to be within walking distance of the park and a quick uber away from Broadway. Would definitely book again.
