Welcome to City Heights, your ideal Nashville retreat. This modern, cozy space has everything for a memorable stay. The spacious living area, with plush seating and entertainment options, is perfect for relaxing after exploring. The fully equipped kitchen allows easy meal preparation for any occasion.
Sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with a queen bed and futon for extra guests, a second bedroom with triple twin bunk beds and a desk for work, plus a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Enjoy mornings or evenings on the private patio. Located minutes from Nashville’s top attractions like Music Row and Broadway, City Heights is a stylish home base for families or groups.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INDOORS AND NO PARTIES!
The person who booked and paid for the reservation is the primary guest, "Guest", and MUST be staying during the entire reservation. The primary registered Guest MUST be a minimum of 21 years of age to book the reservation and MUST meet the verification requirements.
If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.
You are LEGALLY AND FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE for damages made by self or their guest(s) that may occur whether accidental or intentional. A separate e-Signed Rental Agreement is required to finalize the reservation and grant access to the home.
