Located between The University of Melbourne and Lygon Street in Carlton, is this stunningly renovated home finished in beautiful, refined designer furnishings and appliances to make your home away from home the perfect experience in comfort and convenience.

Guests will enjoy the convenience of immediate proximity to trams into the CBD, a plethora of dining options along Carlton's iconic Lygon Street and the convenience of a short walk to Johnson Street, supermarkets, shopping, and iconic attractions such as the Museum, Carlton Gardens and The Royal Exhibition Buildings.

Please ensure your booking has the correct number of guests listed to avoid a call out fee for extras, as linen and amenities are supplied based on this number. One towel per guest, plus starter pack of toilet paper, bathroom amenities and basic kitchen supplies are included to get you started on your stay! If you are staying for more than a few days please bring your additional requirements.

No parking is available, but on street paid and free parking with some limitations is available.
*Due to tight cleaning schedules and house keeping requirements, we apologise, but we have no flexibility with check in and out times.

Thank you for abiding by the Quickstay house rules. They are designed to keep you, the property and our neighbours safe and happy.

- Body corporate rules and restrictions apply. We are not responsible for any changes, building works or facility closures that are our out of our control.

- Guests must be 25+ unless they are the dependents of the booking holder.

- Unfortunately guest limits apply. This means no groups, parties, gatherings or unregistered visitors.

- No one wants to pay $350 for smoking inside the property. That's what it costs us to clean it if you do! Please ensure no smoking takes place inside the property and no evidence of smoking waste remains.

- The morning you vacate please wash up your dishes and put them away, or run a cycle of the dishwasher.

- Please put your waste in the bins outside. We understand sometimes these are left full on your arrival... If that's the case please let us know. Additional waste or removal charges apply if we are charged by the cleaners and no one wants to pay for someone else's rubbish!

- Please ensure noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm and silenced by midnight to avoid complaints.

- Should something require repairs or maintenance during your stay, please let us know ASAP so we can assist with troubleshooting and tradespeople if required. We are here to help! Should a call out be required, we will arrange that with the appropriate tradesperson and yourself directly to minimise any inconvenience to you during your stay. Unfortunately if there are issues found to be operator error or damage caused by the user, the cost will be passed on as would be the case in any short stay / hotel accommodation.

- ID is required to place your booking with us.

- We understand accidents happen but please let us know when they do. - Any breakages are charged at fair replacement value to you so please take care with our things.

- Keys and locks are expensive to replace. Please take care with the keys to avoid a $250 replacement charge.

-We love our pets too but our properties are pet free except for assistance animals unless otherwise advertised.

- Please leave the property as you found it :)

- Please turn off the AC when you go out.

- Please respect check-in and check-out times. We would love to be able to offer early check in or late check out but properties need to be cleaned and restocked between bookings.

- Please don’t rearrange the furniture. We don't want you hurting yourselves.

- Lost property retrieval fee $45 plus postage.

And it goes without saying that no illegal substances or activities are allowed on the premises.

Melbourne digs.
We enjoyed our stay. However, there were several things of concern. The bed in the downstairs bedroom was very uncomfortable so we moved to more comfortable beds upstairs. On arrival, we found the bins on the front porch overflowing with rubbish and more cartons and empty bottles beside the bins. They remained this way during our stay
