This unique place has a style all its own. Our cozy 1 bedroom Loft Apartment is ideal for romantic getaways, vacations or the Business traveler looking for a hotel alternative. Walking distance to amenities, 1.7km away from all the main attractions and right next to the Olympic Torch Run Legacy Trail. This loft is professionally decorated with all the comforts of home. Extra precautions have been taken and we have a professional cleaning company to help protect our guests.

The space

If you are looking for an incredibly cozy place in Niagara Falls, look no more as you have found it. This place is close to most attractions and not to mention one of the seven wonders of the world "The Falls". The loft offers 1 Bedroom and 1 bathroom as well as sofa bed to accommodate the number of guests specified in the listing. Kitchen with pots and utensils to cook your own meal or if you like order in from one of the local restaurants.

In only a 1.7km walk, you'll be standing at the top of Clifton Hill! At the bottom of Clifton Hill you'll be able to feel the mist of the falls on your face! The loft is a comfortable and relaxing retreat.

Perfect for a couples or family retreat. The bedroom is a queen size bed with new premium quality mattresses, hotel quality linens and thick luxurious towels. The house is ideal for up to two people.

High-speed Internet, Wi-Fi and television with android box are all included.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Toaster, Coffee maker and electric kettle are also there for your convenience.

Plenty of coffee, tea and bottled water are stocked for your enjoyment. Salt, Pepper and Olive Oil are also stocked in the kitchen for your convenience. Nothing is worse than waking up in the morning to no coffee!

Parking is available for up to two vehicles.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay here, the apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. Fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer came in handy. It was conveniently close to downtown Niagara and all amenities. Two things that may seem unimportant to some but can make or break a stay for me are water pressure in the shower and ability to make coffee in the morning, and both were top notch! The internet was pretty spotty but overall we would stay here again.

Great Stay in NF

This location has plenty of space for two people and is well put together. Lots of light in the kitchen and good parking. The area is away from the casino strip, which is a nice change, with a mix of property types. Restaurants are a short walk away. Our only trouble was with the tvs getting signal -- Sal did come over the first time to get us on -- but the 'how tos' were quickly forgotten! We would stay there again!

Not bad but could be better

I stayed here for four nights, as a solo tourist, without a car. Things I liked: - Proximity of the River Parkway. - Responsiveness of host, even late evening. - Large dining table could also be used as a desk. - Comfortable bed. Things I didn't like: - Lack of basic provisions on arrival. Some milk would have been nice, to enable me to make a drink. - Local convenience stores are scruffy and unwelcoming. - Surrounding area seems a bit run down and scruffy. - Internet connection is rather slow. - I could hear the guests downstairs talking. The sound came through the air vents. - Shower cannot be angled downwards: tends to rain AT you rather than ON you. - No blind or curtain for kitchen window, which overlooks neighbour's property. - No laundry basket. - No clothes horse. (Not all items can be tumble dried.) - Bedroom window blind doesn't roll up fully.

Très bon rapport qualité prix!

À quelques minutes à pied/à voiture de Clifton Hills, des chutes et des feux d'artifice, question d'éviter les trop chers stationnements. Super propre, très bien équipé! Confortable également, bref, un 5 étoiles :)
