The Home:
Rarely available for the season! Our condo in Naples is located in the heart of the city, Old Town. It is 2 ½ blocks from the beach, and within walking distance from upscale 5th Avenue and 3rd Street shops, galleries, and wonderful restaurants.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed. The second bedroom is set up as an office with a beautiful desk, recliner, flat screen TV and a trundle bed that opens to two twin beds. Our condo is our vacation home and it has been completely remodeled: new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances and 21' tile throughout.

We have free Wi-Fi, large flat screen TV, blue-ray DVD player and a DVR to record TV shows.

The Neighborhood:
Naples is a small, affluent beach city in Southwest Florida – situated on the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Whether you have a passion for golf, fishing, shelling, shopping, bird watching, wildlife viewing, boating, the beach or the arts, you will find plenty of choices.


We are close to the Everglades, which you can explore by hiking, canoeing or by airboat in the wetlands and marshes or by swamp buggy in the cypress swamps. Many guided tours are offered in his area. The Everglades has been called the “ River of Grass” .

Sanibel and Captiva Islands and their shelling beaches are less than 30 miles away. Miami, two hours away, makes a wonderful weekend getaway.

Other Information:
On a typical day in Naples, we will start our morning by walking along the beach to the Naples Pier, coffee at Tony’ s and a stroll around the upscale 5th Avenue and 3rd Street shops. Another delightful morning stroll is to go over to the docks to read the paper. We might go swimming in the late afternoon, watch a beautiful sunset and walk to 5th Avenue for dinner at one of the wonderful restaurants in the area.

On other days, when we feel like doing more it is always interesting to visit areas that show Southwest Florida’ s wilderness, such as the Fakahatchee Strand State Preserve, Big Cypress National Preserve, or Everglade City. A boardwalk stroll is interesting. Swamp buggy rides (shallow-draft airboat) , for instance out of Everglade City, are exciting.

Great beach getaway!

We had a great stay at the condo. Very comfortable beds, well- stocked kitchen, and wonderful location. Easy walk to the beach and 5th avenue. Maria was very responsive with questions and we had a very relaxing vacation. Would definitely stay there again and recommend.

This property is excellent, decorated in beach pastels and with everything one needs.

Having been here multiple times now, I can only say how wonderful this place is. It’s got a cute beachy vibe and it is the perfect location for walking to the beach and sunning, swimming and watching sunsets. You’re very close (3 blocks) to the historic 5th Ave which has so many wonderful shops and restaurants to enjoy. We love inviting friends to visit us for a long weekend and the 2 bedroom/2 bath provides plenty of space. Sometimes I like to cook or grill out and there’s a lovely outdoor area with table and chairs to do so. The kitchen has most everything imaginable. We keep coming back and honestly, if the condo was for sale, we’d buy it. We enjoy our hosts, and the other condo owners or guests who have stayed. Once we found it, we’ve stopped looking for something else and next year will Ibe our 4th or 5th year returning. A lovely place!

Great Stay

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal from my perspective, as you are a short walk to both the beach and town. You can walk almost everywhere. The condo has a warm, Florida beach feel and was clean and comfortable. I was working remotely during our visit, and the condo has a great table to work from and an office chair. There was plenty of space for my laptop and second monitor. My wife and I loved the kitchen, too. It has everything you could want. In short, it is a great condo and I feel privileged to have spent two months living there. Finally, Maria is a great host. She is very responsive and friendly. Thank you, Maria.

Comfortable apartment in great location

We love downtown Naples and this apartment is perfectly located in a close to the beach, 5th Ave and in a beautiful neighborhood for walking. Another reviewer said that it is very quiet and it can be, but keep in mind that this is an apartment in a city and you may hear your neighbors or planes on occasions. But it’s worth it and the street is a quiet side street. The apartment was clean, everything worked and it was well equipped for cooking. The bed is a very soft pillow top. Maria, the landlady is responsive and very nice. We highly recommend this place.

Excellent experience in this terrific condo. Fantastic location, less than 2 blocks from the beach and 3 blocks from the famous Naples Fifth Avenue. Well appointed unit that you can tell the owner uses and loves herself; you can also tell she’s a cooK bc there is nearly every appliance imaginable And the kitchen is so well stocked, even inc tablecloths and placemats. Best features, 1. two beautiful outdoor areas to barbecue and dine privately outside; and 2. Really great indoor space. Owner is lovely and takes care of any detail. Just a real pleasure. We’ll be back!!!!

Maria is a great hostess. Her condo is so comfortable and fitted out with all you would need for a great stay. It is easy access to all the good things in Naples. I met other renters in the building from Canada and Germany. The other condo owners who were present were friendly and helpful. There are two bikes with the condo and you can get around quite well without a car if you are wiling to ride the bike or use Uber.

This place is extraordinary. It is super close to the beach and 3 to 4 blocks away from 5th avenue. There is so many places you can go that are only a few blocks away from the apartment. We met the owners of the apartment Maria and Robert who gave us information about the area around us.The owners are very sweet. Everything in the apartment is available and modernized. The kitchen is probably my favorite part...the apartment is very big, confortable and clean. ATTENTION about 10 minutes away in the car you will find a very small yet super fun water park called "Sun-N-Fun" it is super fun. Don't judge the park by its size. If you don't believe me go on the waterslides and you'll see. Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10. I had such a fun experience with my wife and my daughter. We will come back here next summer for sure and we recommend this apartment for anyone who is looking for peace and quiet. Oh I almost forgot every week I saw dolphins, in the beach close to the apartment... amazing. HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank's

You won't need the car keys

Put away the car keys. This place is 2 blocks from the ocean and 3 blocks from the center of 5th Avenue. You can even walk to the Public Library or the market. The rental was spotless clean, and had everything you could want for your stay from beach chairs to linens to a dynamite new kitchen. Two flat-screen TV's are provided, also. The owner is wonderful and very accommodating to anything you might need. A beautiful shady courtyard in front is a wonderful way to cool down and enjoy the early evening breezes. It is very tranquil and quiet. The back patio has a small patio set, which was where we enjoyed breakfast and coffee. Weather was incredible while we were there, and we walked to the beach to watch sunsets, ate at Naples incredible restaurants, and visited the Farmers Market every Saturday. You cannot go wrong with this rental. We hope to return. It's a wonderful, quiet retreat that is in the best location in Naples.
