Upstairs, the kitchen overlooks a large dining and family room that opens onto the front balcony with fantastic rural views, where the Cockle Train can be seen when running.

There is also a powder room off the main living area offering easy access for everyone enjoying the upstairs space.

The master suite is complete with a king size bed ensuite and access to the front balcony.

Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re et the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to Retain the payment received if we are unable to re let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing. RLA298101.
