This is an oceanfront home with some unbeatable qualities and windows to let in awe-inspiring views, spacious rooms, and a light palette that seems to intensify the ocean light. Very comfortable and clean, would be nice to have tv working with cable in the upstairs room, also the dryer was not working that was a bummer.all abd all the stay was great.

Nice place to stay on in Lincoln City.

Some maintenance on the property could be better, but for the price it was a nice, clean place to stay in Lincoln City. Stunning views of the ocean.

House across the street burned down so there was some smoke that drove us out early.

My Father’s Day present. House has a great view and was clean and working perfectly.

Beautiful view

Overall it was a nice place to stay. Quiet neighborhood and great views of the beach. The bonus room bed is a hard futon though so I don’t recommend counting on it as an additional bedroom. Queen bed downstairs dipped in the middle and the furniture was older and not as comfortable. We had a nice stay.

Family 4th of July getaway

This was a comfortable and capacious headquarters for a family Fourth of July getaway. Amazing views and plenty of room, good beach access down a steep set of stairs.

Views views views!

This place has views to die for. We loved watching the whales from the windows and deck. The neighboring properties are a bit… interesting. The house is dated and we had some things broken when we checked in, but the communication was excellent.

Great place for the whole family

An amazing place to stay. Lots of room for the whole family. Plenty to do for all ages. You can watch the whales spout out the huge windows and go explore the tide pools right out front. We would definitely stay again!

Dog friendly vacation weekend

We really enjoyed the view the most at this property, it rained a lot but we still got to enjoy it. Beach access is not far away which all could manage. Thanks for letting us bring our dogs as they had a blast as well!

Large and wonderful views.

House was very large. Allowed great views and independent spaces for everyone to relax. Neighborhood contained some houses that are very run down/in disrepair, especially next door.

Spring Break on the Oregon Coast

The house was definitely big enough. Two teen boys took the basement, two teen girls took upstairs. Room to cook and eat. Pans and tins should be upgraded. Some real rough ones, especially the griddle. It is so warped it doesn’t sit on the burners and has pancake burn spots forever embedded in the surface. The area is close to plenty of things to explore and visit. The neighborhood is somewhat rough with a teardown next door and one across the street. I was hoping to sit out, no furniture as pictured. The light fixtures were somewhat sparse as were the light bulbs for playing games in the evenings, but we managed. The kids helped me tell blue from green playing UNO. It was good vacation for all.

Overall we had a great stay. It is an Ocean front location with private steps to the beach. Large accommodation with comfortable beds. On the negative side, the home had two frying pans, both which were bad. The washing machine was nonfunctional which we found out 3 days before checking in.

Spectacular view

The accommodations were just perfect for everyone that came. We each had our own little section. The kiddos loved the house; great home to play hide-n-seek! The dogs loved the fireplace, after playing at the beach, they came back and snoozed the day away.We only had big serving spoons and we had some pretty small mouths; small spoons would be great. You need new cookie sheets, light bulbs, we had one burn out in the kitchen, and we could not find any replacements in the house, so it was a bit dark when we were cooking. The toaster needs to be thrown away. It almost caught on fire. The metal things inside came out when the toast came out.

Old house renovated but lacking in adequate supplies (utensils, glasses etc very limited), beach access is too hard and impossible for some people, place has an ant problem, and there are plenty of other options literally on the same block.

*We know you can’t help the neglected property next door, but the carpenter ant issue needs to be addressed. *Beds were good & lots of spaces *Dripping faucet in downstairs full bath *Painting needs completion *Nice new deck *SPECTACULAR VIEW!! *Lodging office wanted to charge $50 for early entry even tho the house was clean and ready for occupancy

Beautiful views, house otherwise so-so

The house had amazing views, beautiful windows overlooking the ocean and newly built stairs to access the beach. We couldn’t have asked for better. Unfortunately the house amenities weren’t great. The large kitchen burner didn’t work, there was an electric griddle but no cord. The beds were so old everyone rolled toward the middle. There were thin cardboard-like blankets on the beds and no snuggly blankets in the house, even for sitting on the couch. There is a tv but it’s small and not big enough for a large group to watch.

Great view of the coast

The property was clean, plenty of blankets and towels. House was very well equipped with what you would need. It could use some updating, but I don't care about that as much as I do being clean and the house was very clean. The view was spectacular through the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean, in the living room, dining room and upstairs bedroom. It is in a great location, however the house next door, which this property overlooks, is in dreadful shape and therefore the location rating of 2 stars on neighborhood and location. Nothing the owner and Meredith Lodging can do about that, as it is out of their control. Food and trash was dumped everywhere on the next door balcony. All in all we would definitly stay there again!
