The location of this condo is ideal for it's proximity to so many amenities and activities. Nestled in the heart of Colorado ski country, you will have quick access to Keystone (10 min), Copper Mountain (15 min), Loveland (15 min), A-Basin (20 min), Breckenridge (20 min) and Vail (40 min). There is no need to drive once you arrive as most necessities and activities are within walking distance and the free Summit Stage bus arrives across the street hourly from approximately 6AM to 1AM (Silverthorne Loop Stop #42).

The beautiful Rainbow Park directly across the street has two updated playgrounds, a skateboard park, tennis courts, a basketball court, sand volley ball courts, and an enormous soccer field. In the winter the hills at the park are a fun place to sled for young ones. Next to the park is the Silverthorne Recreational Center with swim lanes, water slides, kiddie pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna. On the back side of the condo you can walk across the street to the Silverthorne Library or jump on the rec path and stroll along the river. Grab a cup of coffee from the new drive through Starbucks at the end of the block or the Red Buffalo Cafe across the river before hitting the slopes or heading out for a day of outlet shopping.

The condo is on the second floor and has a private balcony with amazing views of Buffalo Mountain and Red Mountain. Inside, you'll find a fireplace and 48" flat screen TV in the living room with a configurable sectional sofa. The dining table can expand to seat additional guests. The master bedroom has a queen bed, 40" TV, and separate bathroom. The second bedroom can sleep five in the full size bunk beds and twin size trundle. If you like to pack light, there is a washer and dryer in the hall closet. After your outdoor adventures, unwind and enjoy the board games, puzzles, movies, PlayStation, and Wi-Fi during your stay.
