The house is cute and very close to downtown. Quiet neighborhood, you can find elk walking around. The host was wonderful & quick to respond. It wasn’t really an issue, but the only reason for not giving the home full stars was the cleaning. The kitchen counters were a little dirty and the main bedroom carpet needed to be vacuumed.

The host was very easy to work with. The master King bed was very comfortable, however the 2 queens were hard and not comfortable. The layout was easy, we used the bbq outside. The neighborhood was quiet. It was nice to be able to park in garage.

Perfect place to stay

First time we have stayed @ a Vrbo and were pleastantly surprised @ this property. The owners have thought of everything, coffee, snacks soaps, shampoo. This property was very clean and true to the pictures, Loved it here

The perfect home away from home

We spent the weekend here for Father’s Day and could not have been happier with the home! It is so warm and inviting, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the host was communicative and more than accommodating. The pictures are exactly what you get in this home, the beds are super comfy and we can’t wait to plan another stay!

Getaway

A very nice and clean place to getaway from the city with a beautiful view and easy access to any store, and I even saw some wildlife pass by in the morning. I would recommend staying here as I will do again in the future

Great house

This house is in quiet neighborhood, easy access to Payson town center and beyond. It is well appointed and comfortable. Great relaxing space for entire group. Property manager was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Great Location

We were in Payson for an event at the high school for a couple days. The house was perfectly centered for our activities while we were there. It was spacious and very comfortable. Having access to the garage was very helpful as well.

Overall nice place

Overall great stay. Only suggestion would be to clean the dishwasher filter which had what looked like black mold. Otherwise the place was great and clean!

Beautiful home in Payson!

This house was absolutely perfect and everything we needed for our stay in Payson. We were visiting family with my elderly in laws and the accommodations were perfect. We loved the beautiful outdoor patio and it was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Great communication with the host and very easy access. Close to all the great activities. Highly recommend and we will absolutely be back! Thank you for sharing your home!

Nice spot in Payson

Well appointed home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms…the “fourth” bedroom was a screened in porch with a portable heater and a futon. Kitchen well maintained and stocked. Did have a few maintenance issues but the owner was very responsive and professional.

Good Property, but Initial Price Listing Misleading

When searching VRBO for our stay this listing states one price per night, but once you get to the total price details page, the price increases significantly. My issue with this is that the initial price you see is arbitrary and means nothing. In the end, I made the decision to book after seeing the total price, but would have appreciated more transparent pricing information upfront. The misleading pricing is my reason for 3 stars. Other than that, the actual property was good. There were only three minor complaints specific to the property. First, the master bedroom runs hot compared to the rest of the house especially in the mornings. Leaving the master bedroom door open would help with the heat, but if you leave the door open then you get the light from the uncovered top windows out in the living room. Lastly, the master shower is quite small and I ended up using the other shower which was normal size. On the positive side, the kitchen is huge and has all the utensils that we needed and then some. Also, drawers were labeled which was a nice touch. The front door has a smart lock and I had some issues getting the link to download the smart lock app. However, the host took care of it right away. There was garage parking and a remote. Nice to park in the garage with the summer heat. All the TVs had all major streaming services. The gas grill had propane and worked perfectly. 4 stars for the property and 1 star for the price listing. Overall, I would book again.

Would not stay at this property again. It was very dirty, broken window in the master bedroom. The refrigerator has not been cleaned in about a year. Dishes and silverware had to be washed counters had to be wiped down before we could use it. The stove top was very greasy from years of grease buildup. My washcloth wouldn’t go across it! outside Sitting area table was filthy with cobwebs and a terrible ant problem around the sitting area. The Arizona room has no air conditioning and was not usable. It’s advertised as additional sleeping, but there’s no way anyone could sleep in there in the summer. We referred to it as the sauna room. Would not recommend this property.
