Disappointed Review

The property was nice, and it was super clean. The beds were very uncomfortable, our Mom could not sleep, so we left a day early. The condo did not have a screened in patio as the other units. We of loved to have a place to sit outside. It was not a pleasant area to sit outside. It was a long distance from the pool, our Mom had mobility issues, and on the ad it stated it was close. It was disappointing.

Spring break success

We started coming to Regal Palms about 13 years ago and took a break for a few years. I mentioned how much I loved Regal Palms and my 4 kids wanted to come back. We love the pool, the music, the lazy river, the staff at the resort is very friendly. The condos are great and this one especially because it was 4 bedroom. The master was a king size, and the 3 others were queen sizes. They had everything we needed. At first my kiddos wanted to do a park, but then they changed their minds and just wanted to hang at the pool. My husband and I were totally fine with that. We also met some snowbirds by the pool and we exchanged phone numbers and will be meeting up with them in the future. The owner of our condo, Brian was sooo nice. He was very prompt with communicating. I felt like I was bothering him asking him all of our pre visit questions. But, he was not bothered at all. They have a management company, the owner and then a local contact to help with any issues you have while there. We did not have any issues. Can’t wait to go back!!!
