Hello, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate and understand your perspective, and certainly understand the concern of the potential impacts from the hurricane. We were not able to provide an exception for our cancellation policy that is provided to our guests upon booking when you decided to depart on Monday. Our home was not in an evacuation zone and did not sustain any damages from the storm. Travelers insurance is offered at checkout, and again during our verbal confirmation process, and we see this was not added to your booking. Unfortunately we are not always able to offer exceptions to our policies as per contracts with our owners, but we always highly recommend adding travel insurance to protect your purchase from unexpected disruptions, especially during hurricane season. Please let us know if you have further concerns.

Thank you for your feedback Victoria and for choosing our house for your stay! We're thrilled to hear that you were pleased with the cleanliness, rooms, bathrooms, and the open floor plan of the kitchen, which was great for your group. We apologize for the inconvenience with the size of the trash bags and the strength of the dish soap. Your comments are valuable to us, and we will certainly look into improving these aspects to ensure a more comfortable experience for our guests in the future. We're glad that overall everything else was wonderful, and we hope to welcome you back again for another great stay!
