Managers were quick to troubleshoot any issues, such as lock on door upon arrival. Worked great for our large family of 6 adults and 4 children. We appreciated the safety measures for children, such as gates on stairs,and around the pool. There were also many toys, books, etc. to keep kids entertained while in the house.

Host was quick to answer when needed. Property was perfect for what we required. Kitchen was well stock with about anything you could think of when preparing a meal except for the actual food. Huge plus was the double clothes dryers. Driveway was able to accommodate several vehicles. I would stay here again.

We were in town for a family wedding and although this home is set up for families with kiddos, it was perfect for 11 adults with disney love in their hearts!

GREAT BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION WEEK

Our family had a great stay and felt this was one of the best ones so far from many we have done in this area. The house was fantastic and had space for everyone to be private or enough room to be together. The pool was a nice break between parks and the kids loved it. It was great to be able to spend my 70th with some of my kids and grandkids. Kelly quickly responded and addressed any need we had.

Lovely home perfect for families

The property was in a great area and the bedroom arrangements were perfect for our family. The house had high chairs, cribs, and strollers for us to use which came in very handy. We had a great experience. NOTE: Some of the furniture could use an update and the pool was not cleaned our entire stay.

Good, clean, great location home.

Our stay was an enjoyable with plenty of room for our family. It is in a great location, close to all Disney parks and necessities less than a mile to 2 miles away. The host is very good on responding to questions in a timely manner. The home was organized, welcoming and clean upon arrival. It was an easy digital access and good security to the pool when you have children present. The character rooms were great for young children. Overall, a good and lovely stay.

House was clean and as advertised beds were comfortable. There were no home instructions for check out and the WIFi password didn’t work. When we reached out for the correct password we received no reply.This was a cold week, and we definitely needed the heat, the house doesn’t seem to be set up for this however. The upstairs rooms were cold and downstairs were overheated.

There were several maintenance issues when arrived. Things that could have been addressed before we arrived. The shower head was broken, light out in another shower, black mold in the shower and the shower door would not close properly. The first two were fixed, the last 2 weren’t. The A/C is inadequate for the first floor. By mid afternoon the 3 bedrooms on the first floor were hot. The A/C broke down the last night we were there and was told it could not be fixed that night so we all slept in a 84 degree house. Not pleasant. The pool was clean twice but the floor of the pool remained dirty. The location was good and floor plan was accurate and great for us. Except for the maintenance issues the house was what we wanted .

60th Birthday Celebration

Our family enjoyed everything about the house. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our family. The grandchildren loved the princess themed and Buzz Lightyear rooms. The pool table and foosball were enjoyed. The entire family enjoyed the pool and hot tub!! The owners were easy to get ahold of. They were extremely helpful and accommodating. Thank you. The house is not far from theme parks (Disney, Universal, Sea World). Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. It was a great location for my family. We’ve actually been discussing going back to the house again within the next year.
